Quietest cleaner I've used – Cleans well with good suction, I like it because its quiet. Side clips are annoying as they hook on corners and will cause plaster damage if machine is pulled around a corner Often topples over if pulled at right angles. 10 m long cord is great but flange on top is too small to contain it all when when you wrap it around to pack up. Wand held on… Read more
by friction grip only, so sometimes falls off. Great machine but needs some design improvements. Appears to have deliberate defects to make you buy a more expensive model. Every design should be fully tested before going into production. After more than 70 years of interation we should all be using a near perfect machine by now.
best quality – we had this Vacuum for more than 5 years, We also had other brand Vacuum at same time , but other one already broke, these one still in our house, we love it. we used it at any way. Show details
Garbage, Falls Apart – Garbage, not even a year old and all the attachments fall apart, the hose comes out of the handle, the head keeps falling off the wand and now the handle snapped of inside the wand, poorly designed Show details
Can't be serviced and has design faults – I've always had issues with the cord, where it is attached to the machine. The latest time I took it for a repair, I was told it was full of plaster powder and they wouldn't touch it. Strange as there is no plaster powder in my hoses. I don't think they knew how to disassemble the machine. I can't find a service manual anywhere. If you want reliability, maybe look for another manufacturer. Show details

There must be better options on the market – I am a cleaner at a medium size community club. The machine this one replaced was an earlier model and a person representing the club took the old machine to a repairer after it started to emit a strong metallic burning smell. The repairer said that the brushes had worn out and it was cheaper to buy a new machine than to replace the brushes. I… Read more
have seen this machine retail for $249. It takes about an hour at most to replace a set of brushes and brushes are usually in the $30 bracket. You do the math.
The earlier Pullman machine it replaced had some annoying factors and so has this one. One of the most annoying are the inadequate and small front wheels that constantly cause the machine to topple over when they jam on the cord when you run over it, which happens due to moving around. You have to go constantly go back and right the machine. Really annoying. The machine would be better with four large wheels.
The cord is a good length but there is nowhere to hang it. The old machine had a hook on the back for hanging the cord but it was not big enough and the cord just fell off. This machine has no hook at all. The clips that secure the two halves of the machine together constantly get caught on corners such as door jams and table legs hanging the machine up and you have to go back and unhook it. Really annoying. The earlier machine had the securing clip flush with the body of the machine. The on/off switch is poorly positioned and needs to be repositioned to the top or back of the machine and needs to be larger and a different colour to the body of the machine so it stands out.
The machine does have reasonable suction but I would like an option to make the suction variable for different applications. I have done a few cleaning jobs, this is not the worst vacuum I have been supplied with but it is close. For the money there must be better options than this machine. I would suggest you look harder and I believe you will find a better option for your application.

Pulman PC4 Vacuum – considered light commercial, i have found it to be great for domestic use. this vacuum has great suction all the time, has a very simple easy to maintain filter system and large volume waste container. very sturdy on its wheels, it hasn't fallen over once, i am very impressed and recommend it as a good machine for the home. It also has a long cord as well. a very good buy. Show details
