Pure Electrical are purely amazing. Easy instant quote. Charming chaps. Job organized to come a week later. Today was the day. On time and alerting arrival. After 3 visits by 3 of their electricians, they have been unable to successfully fix one broken downlight. Instead of offering to send someone out again to resolve the issue or offering to come to a resolution such as a credit off the third bill, for their inability to fix it, they have sent the third bill (for the still broken downlight) to debt collection. Very disappointing.

first electrician attended in December to commence the installation, he mistakenly drilled two unnecessary holes in our living room wall and left the work area in an untidy state. It was only when two different electricians returned to complete the installation that we were informed of this error and advised that the original electrician was no longer employed by the company.
Customer service following this incident was unsatisfactory. We had to request that the company organise a painter to repair the damage, rather than this being arranged proactively. After completing the work, the painter pointed out that the patched area could shift over time and might require further sanding. When the electricians returned to mount the TV—approximately six months after the original work had begun—we noticed the issue had become visible. We informed Jesse of this and let him know that the painter had said she would be happy to return to sand the area. However, as we were eager to have the TV set up and in use after such a long delay, we asked if the painter could return at a later date. Jesse agreed that this wouldn’t be an issue. It was only after we later provided Jesse with the painter’s availability that he advised any dismounting and remounting of the TV would need to be done at our expense.
Jesse also stated that he had shown my husband how to remove and reinstall the TV, which my husband disputes. Furthermore, Jesse asserted that the damage to the wall was not entirely the company’s responsibility. Ultimately, we removed the TV ourselves, coordinated directly with the painter for the touch-up, and then remounted the TV—something we had hoped to avoid.
Despite our dissatisfaction, we paid the final invoice. I also sent Jesse a follow-up email seeking clarification regarding his comments, but received no response. It was only after I contacted the office by phone that I received confirmation of payment and was advised that the electricians involved would be spoken to and improvements made in future.
While our initial experience with the company was positive, the lack of accountability, communication, and customer care on this occasion was extremely disappointing. Regrettably, we would be unlikely to recommend or use their services again.
Excellent work – The crew did a fantastic job going above and beyond keeping me in the loop the to ensure I'd be happy with the final product. Thank you all so much for your hard work installation all the A/C in such awkward spots they have already been put to good use. Gladly use again!

Professional and easy to deal with – Professional electricians which ran some cables at my property which was a awkward job but wasn’t a problem for them. Job consisted of running data and coaxial lines through 3 floors and a elevator shaft. Job was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. Show details

Compamy very efficient and professional – Our experience with this company was very good. We were surprised by the level if service. Areas were cleaned up after installation and rubbish taken away. We would be happy to use them again.

Alex's site team were on-time, friendly and professional. Their attention to detail in ensuring our place stayed clean and the ceiling vents were in exactly the right position was really appreciated. They were mindful and respectful of our 2 year old daughter and dog while undertaking their work, ensuring they kept out of our way as much as they could.
