Ordered twice, incorrect order first time, damaged packaging second time. On different occasion sent them an email to provide individual aminos profile of their whey isolate, was told abruptly they couldn't provide.

Worst Customer service experience – I did place an order with Pure Product Australia and paid online. After several days, upon receiving no response, I tried to contact them by phone- Unfortunately no luck. I did email them. No response. I tried to leave a message through Facebook Messenger. Bad review penalty – Left a bad review here then tried to purchase alternative products from Pure Product ebay store...and they refuse to sell to me. Results speak for themselves, tastes fine and I have had much worse or very sweet tasting ones but I prefer natural tasting.

I reached out to their customer support for these issues, hoping for some assistance or a solution. However, the customer service was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my concerns.

Moreover, the packaging is a nightmare. The bags won't seal properly, and despite multiple attempts at providing feedback on this, there has been no improvement or acknowledgment from the company. This not only makes it inconvenient to store the product but also raises concerns about its freshness and longevity.

Overall, it's clear that Pure Product Australia doesn't prioritise their customers' satisfaction. With the combination of poor taste, bad mixability, unhelpful customer support, and faulty packaging, I cannot recommend this product. It's disappointing, especially considering the potential of a good whey protein supplement.
