Great taste, filling, excellent nutrients in comparison – I've been through a lot of different shakes and while I'm not THAT concerned about flavour, the Vanilla Creme Protein Plus Antioxidants is actually on the delicious side. It has a great amount of protein (65%) and not *too* bad sugar content (14%), loads of essential amino acids, good vitamin/mineral spread (including B12 which can be hard to find in shakes). My favourite part is it has Spirulina and Elderberry in high doses, basically a tablet of each per shake. After a week of use I'm finding it fills me up for a good 3 - 4 hours and I have excess energy (which I haven't had from other shakes). In 3 weeks replacing 2 meals and not changing anything else, I've lost 6 kg. A fantastic kick start to weight loss program. Filling, tastes good, provides energy, great vitamin/mineral spread, great protein content Same price as other shakes (was hoping for cheaper in bulk)
