Worth to buy! – Much better than the others!! And great taste as well! It makes me energized even though it's just 100kcal/serve. I also don't feel hungry at least 4hrs after taking it. My favourite flavour is strawberry cream, but I think other flavours are good too (I tried all of them). The best thing that make it different from milkshake is it low carb! Just only 2g of carb per serve. I'm using it in my low-carb diet program, and it works well. In the first week, I lost 4kg with consuming 1 serve and eat 1 more meal a day.

The product recommends take 2 serves/day but I just take 1 serve/day every morning due to high in protein (17.5g, 35% daily intake).However, it helps to reduce my craving and I feel that I eat less in the rest of the day. Moreover, I found that it's tastier when using hot or warm water.

One more thing, if you need a mocha for morning, why not try a cup of protein powder (choc flavour) with a spoon of instant coffee (very yummy~)!!

Amazing! – This protein is delicious! It tastes exactly like a milkshake (I have the chocolate flavour) I have it as my breakfast before I go to work and I feel full until about 11-11.30 am. I then will have one in the afternoon before my work out which gives me a great amount of energy. I definitely recommend this protein! I will be re-purchasing :)

Finally a protein/meal replacement shake that might work? – Well having 2 little kids and rushing around all the time I have been looking for a quick breakfast to have on the run and hoping to lose some weight as well. I decided to go to priceline and see what they had to offer. The manager was very helpful and recommended this product. I decided today was the day and mixed up my shake with half milk half water and half a cup of frozen berries. It was thick and creamy like a smoothie should be with a lovely vanilla flavour but no overpowering sweetness I felt full as I was drinking it and 15 minutes later I still feel full and am not looking for anything else. I have a minimum of 20kg to lose and im hoping to get there this time. I will review again after I lose some weight but im feeling confident. Try this product I think it is different to the others. very creamy non powdery taste and texture
