Communication was good, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent – First talked to Jack from PVC West about supplying a new boundary fence. I done a drawing for Jack so he could see what I wanted and Jack got my order fabricated. Install was easy as Jack had numbered everything on my drawings. I was very happy with the service. was good, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. After the new year I will be working with Jack to make an enclosure for the filter and pump. I would definitely recommend PVC West and the team for your next project.

The worst communication skills – Stops answering the phone after you pay him. I got my fence and the fence quality is fine however it was delayed with multiple false excuses and many calls, texts and emails. I know of at least two other people who haven't gotten their product with considerably bigger orders than mine and they have been waiting over 8 months from expected delivery… Read more
date. I also uncovered several other people who had struggles but eventually got their product. Avoid and if you have to use him pay by credit card so it's easier to dispute.
