PY Fencing

Was very disappointed with delivery .... but pleased by measures to rectify – Gave a 9 hour window for delivery but missed it. The problem compunded by poor communication. Post the issue a proactive and full apology offered. Accepted. Seems a genuine mistake. Recovered a 1 star to a 4 star.

Former employee – I have worked at least 6 months for them and it was terrible, unprofessional colleagues and boss who just explore migrants.

Great Service – Py staff were very helpful. Had to get timber battens for fences and gates. Like everyone I needed them yesterday! Leanne and John were great. I was able to get something very comparable to what I wanted at short notice! It was a regional delivery and that was also at short notice. Leanne got my order on a delivery that was coming my way. Gave me wrong product twice and waste my 2 hours because they don’t have whatever I wanted – I call for a steel post 150uc and they said they have in stock but when I went there from 40 kilometres travel time they said they only sell 100mm and they don’t have 150uc,

Poor quality boards – Of the boards I had delivered, 90% of them came in bowed and barely usable to match gaps and straight lines. Not sure if I'd give them a go again.

Lengths of Timber Short – Purchased Redgum Sleepers. Paid for fixed lengths of Redgum sleepers at 3m x 50mm. I only received lengths of 2.8mtr's. Though charged for 3.0mtr lengths. The quality was also poor. Merch grade at the best. Suggest, look else where for timber, a lot better quality at correct lengths. PY are screwing customers.

Exceptional Service – Bought Cypress posts and quick set concrete from PY Fencing for installing a vertical partition btw. two townhouses. Their office staff was prompt & knowledgeable. 35 posts and 35 bags of concrete (each bag weighs 20kg) from his truck parked at the kerbside to the garage. As concrete for the crossover was poured yesterday, the driver was not able to reverse his truck into the driveway. What a SERVICE! Cannot recommend PY Fencing more highly.
