Total Liars – Like everyone else I found the drone was absolute rubbish. I returned it with a promise of full refund. You wouldnt believe the excuses they have given for not actually paying my refund. Change of accounts, change of banking systems, delays in data entry. Ripped Off- None of the Add on products arrived- no reply from customer support – I brought the initial drone and you get offered extra drones at a steep discount. I took up the offer of an extra drone and a set of blades and extra battery- None of the extra's ever arrived. I sent in an enquiry to the customer service weeks ago and never had a reply. I've sent in another a couple of days ago, same response.

IT'S A CHINESE SCAM – Nothing is true about this drone. IT IS A SCAM. 4 minutes flight time max. Extended flight time means you have land the drone and replace the battery. Do not waste your money – Marketing reviews on the quad air are mostly false. They state 20 mins flight time and it only has around 8 mins. The wifi connection to the phone dropped out on mine just after takeoff when the drone was only approximately 20 meters away. It won't hover in one spot. It will not handle the lightest of breeze. If I could give zero stars – Absolute garbage! They're a cheap copy of a cheap copy. Bought two via their internet deal. Controllers barely work, the slightest breeze sends them skimming off to parts unknown. If you do get them airborne, then bump into something, even with the blade guards attached, the battery often comes loose, so you might never find it again!
