We needed an old faulty ducted air conditioner replaced promptly and the Quick Fix man via phone was very helpful with advise re a new unit and that it could be installed the next weekend. We told him we already had written quotes and costs as their website clearly advised they would beat any written quote. When we received the quote it was much higher than any other quote.
