**Edit - 04/09/25 - I received a replacement mask, out of it's warranty period. I stand by my ratings and words though. I feel that the original isn't safe to use. Great customer service but the replacement wasn't offered straight up. They did continue to reach out to me though so I am grateful for that. If I remember in the future, I will update this review if the second mask is faulty**

Purchased a Q-Rejuvalight Pro Light Therapy Mask by Qure Skincare in March 2024 for $506 AUD. Comes with a 1 year warranty. By August 2025 it became discolored and too scary to use near my face in case it blew up. I did reach out to Qure, response included. If you choose to buy this mask, I highly recommend that you use it as much as possible within the first year to ensure it doesn't break. I barely used it and couldn't even count at 100 days in a row use. Good until it became scary to use near my face. For the price of it and it's lifecycle, I will not be purchasing a new one. There are more comments on another popular internet page for discussions as well. Google. Not worth the price unless you use it prolifically in the first year and don't let life challenges get in the way of self care like I did. I am unsatisfied with the product warranty and durability. Lesson learnt the hard way.

 Follow-up  · Response to follow up questions - why did it put my original post back to pending? 1. The discolouration is directly on the battery/chip. I have heard too many stories about things exploding to have it near my face when this mask has obviously been affected. 2. I didn’t try using it daily. That’s part of the problem. I used it maybe 3 months in a row and put it aside. It should last longer than that. 3. Longer warranty and from memory you can’t return the mask once the box has been opened (I haven’t cross checked this, it’s from memory). I had to ask for a replacement and they kindly agreed. Please check the emails to support and see context if these questions have come from Qure. I wouldn’t purchase it again or recommend it to others. I am however very grateful for the replacement.

Appauling Customer Service – Mask purchased in November 2021 which came with a one year warranty. The mask stopped functioning - will not charge and with one bar of charge let, shuts off within 30 seconds of the standard 3 minute treatment. Contacted customer service via email as no phone number to have a discussion. After troubleshooting via email with no success of getting the mask to work the customer service team have gone silent. They will not respond to emails. The Company advertises a "live chat" function however this is false advertising as there is no live chat. Appauling service as one could rightly assume due to their faulty product I will not have the guarantee honoured. Think twice before making a purchase from this Company.
