The TPE quality is very good and safe. When I feel more confident with doll care, I would gladly order a custom version of this same model. i had already provided them. Was offered a completely different product (cheaper item) as compensation. Asked for a refund again only to be asked for more photos including the box this time. Sent more photos and asked for a refund yet again. No reply so i sent another email asking for a refund and stated that i would submit a complaint to the ACCC. They replied with "How about a replacement doll"? i replied with "no thank you please send a refund". Now no communication at all from them. I submitted a complaint to ACCC and am waiting on their response. Yet another scam company with misleading information on their website about what is available, what refund policy they have (against consumer laws) and terrible customer relations and communications. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
