If I could give 0 stars I would! Steer well clear of this company if you do not want to waste money. I wish I had read the reviews on here before engaging them. They are quick to take your money and install but VERY poor after sales service and do not honour their "same day service" nor their warranties. I too will need to be taking them to ACCC, NSW Fair Trading and NCAT as I have now waited three months for a technician to come and look at the broken gate (all bearings, trunnions, etc. have fallen apart and the gate is only used domestically even though it is a commercial gate) and there is still no estimated time that they will come to repair (keep getting told that the "technician is on leave"). So much for "same day service". Communication is horrendous - you only ever receive an email response from their admin even when you ask to escalate the issue. If you ring it goes to call centre operators who have nothing to do with the company - they are message takers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

Beware – Beware: they add "extended warranties" which go against Australian law and refuse to honour the lifetime warranty in their website. Had to take them to NCAT to force them to stop trying to commence proceedings and go through debt enforcement. Absolutely disappointing
