Disappointed – Unfortunately my bad review is due to lack of customer service/ care. It’s been 5 weeks since I contacted them via their website, then Facebook messenger, then a phone call and then direct email, but still no response. I ordered 7 products from their website. One had a very bad smell. I enquired if it was normal for one of their products to smell rancid, but I have been totally ignored. I wasn’t asking for a refund, credit, or exchange, just an enquiry.

I was willing to support this Australian company, but I can’t comprehend the lack of response, there is no excuse, they definitely would have received one form of my means of contact. With so many Australian competitors on the market now, I choose to go elsewhere . Customer support is very important to me.

Transformational skincare – I placed my first order in November 2021 and since then, I've placed 5 orders. Raww Cosmetic's has transformed my complexion. I've started purchasing it for my 16 year old daughter who is reporting the same positive benefits. We've both noticed that our complexion is brighter and our skin is better hydrated. We both have sensitive skin and there are no more of the flare ups that occur when you experiment with different brands in the hopes of finding a winner because, well, we've found it.

My daughter is in the midst of teen hell, therefore she uses an acne-targeted skincare routine in the evening by another brand, but in the morning she cleanses with the SUPER HYDRATE-ME CREAMY CLEANSER, followed by the BALANCE-ME MIST TONER, SUPER HYDRATE-ME EYE CREAM and lastly SUPER HYDRATE-ME DAY CREAM.

I wash my face with the PURIFY-ME GENTLE CLEANSER, twice weekly exfoliate with the POLISH-ME FACE EXFOLIATOR, followed by the BALANCE-ME MIST TONER, SUPER HYDRATE-ME EYE CREAM, then I start with a base of the DEW DROP HYDRATING SERUM, wait 10 minutes or so and follow it with a mixture of the SUPERFOOD CRYSTAL GLOW ELIXIR and ACTIVATE-ME FACE MOISTURISER.

In the evening, I wash my face again, sometimes alternating with the SUPER HYDRATE-ME CLEANSING OIL (if I'm taking a bath, I leave this on as a mask), use the same eye cream but finish it off with the LIGHT BEAM RADIANCE SERUM.

Raww works for us and nothing else has ever given us results like this. I don't even want to try to guess how much money I've wasted on skincare in the past, I don't think any woman wants to crunch those numbers, but Raww is affordable skincare, it's not pretentious, it's simply superfood infused beauty, Aussie made, cruelty free, so... enough said :)
