Purchased generator in Dec 24 and used for 3 days during power outage on Gold Coast caused by Cyclone Alfred in March 25. Noticed front control panel LED indication stopped working, contacted itechworld technical services, spoke with Noora who was excellent in handling the warranty claim and promptly dispatching a replacement unit. Could not ask for better service. Well done!

Happy with this generator. Starts easily and runs reasonably quietly.

Good looking Generator – Great generator. Started first pull and runs nicely. Yet to use it camping but looking forward to it. Can’t understand why the service schedule requires a qualified small engine repair shop to adjust the idle speed (if necessary) at the 1 month service though? Can’t see why it would need adjusting but warranty is voided if this is not done. Overall, a good looking generator.
