Not Sure! Hopeless taste – I bought a 3KG pack of Rapid WPI. Firstly, very bad taste so I am thinking how to finish it because I paid for it. Theoretically, it claims good content but don't know if it works that well. I did chest workout the other day and consumed this protein but its 3 days after and it still hurts. Doesn't it meant to recover you of pain to begin with. To conclude, I would say i'd go for protein with good taste at first.

Excellent – It does not have mostly whey protien concentrate as the main ingredient like most protien blends, firstly it has the whey protien isolate then the hydrolised whey isolate as the second ingredient, which is rapidly absorbed into the blood, this makes it great for stright after a work out, yet it also has the slower release protiens rounded off with a nice flavor, I have only tried the deadly chocolate nice well rounded mix of protiens, also great taste. Also added with L glutamine and turine along with other minerals. I would have to say that this is the best protien blend that I have found. I think that this is not too pricey, but I think that it is a bit expensive, but not as expensive as other protien blends which are not as good. It does have the whey protein concentrate in it which is inferior to the whey protien isolate, but the good thing is that the whey protien concentrate is the last ingredient so it has more of the superior protiens in it, as the whey protien concentrate has less protien and more fat content than other types of protiens

Yeah I can read the back of the box too... The question is how do any of us consumers Know what's really in it.. I haven't been using protein powder at all for a couple years. I have noticed No difference in training performance and have maintained a lean 95kgs at 5'11 for the two years I stopped using redbak complete. And no I'm not some idiot with no idea. My life is training. I'm from the army. I instruct MMA and have always had an intense weights program. All my mates are either trainers or fighters or athletes.

I have serious doubts as to what's in all protein powders.. How can any of us know?? It is just another multi-billion dollar industry similar to to the pharmaceutical industry pumping out anti depressants and pills by the billions.

Where ever the is money to be made, be sceptical of the product.

So yes almost everything you buy.

My opinion until proven otherwise.... And I don't care how tested they say it is... Is that it's all bull. Eat good food. A lot of it. Protein powders are the typical lazy persons quick fix and cannot be trusted.

It's a milk production waste product sold for profit. May as well buy Australian if you're going to buy it. It's what you tell people you use when you are actually using steroids :)
