I have been on rep for 9 months. Great site. However in the last 2 days my login is not working. When I try to access the site it takes me to the beginning to register. I have a profile and messages. Please help
Based on my experience and what many other users have reported, this behaviour usually indicates the account has been restricted or blocked by the platform, often without notice or explanation. I experienced something very similar, where access suddenly stopped and the site looped back to registration despite having an active profile and messages.
Customer support was non-responsive, and no clear reason or evidence was ever provided. There are also ongoing consumer complaints about RedHotPie’s practices, including account restrictions after payment and lack of refunds.
You may wish to document everything and consider raising the issue with NSW Fair Trading and the ACCC, as complaints are already under review regarding this platform’s conduct. Unfortunately, many users never receive a resolution directly from the site itself.

My partner and I share an account. We are currently in different hemispheres. I am trying on the app to verify our account so we can communicate with other members, etc. it will only let us both verify simultaneously on one device, which is currently not possible. Is there a way we can get this done?

You cannot merge accounts. You can be friends together.

Wont show you are active, it might show that you have read the message.

They're inactive. The vast majority of profiles on the site are inactive user interface fuzzes this by showing many inactive and offline accounts as being online

I started a conversation with someone and when it checked back there is a message that says the other person "took a screenshot" in green text. What does this mean? A screenshot of the conversation or my profile. Is that message there just to let you know if someone is screenshotting your pics?
