Redsbaby KIPP Smart Bassinet

The KIPP bassinet is 100% worth every single cent! I cant tell you how many times its settled my little boy. Its also very nice to look at. The covers are easy to wash and setting up is easy. We love it so much we took it on board with us to QLD (thanks to the handy carry case) because we couldn’t go without it. The rocking motion and vibration setting is his favourite. The product worked amazing until it didn’t. I had it for not even 3 weeks and the buttons no longer work, the power doesn’t even connect too it, I’ve asked for a refund and they requested I send it back. Back in what exactly? We’ve been really happy with the KIPP so far. Our daughter loves movement, so the rocking feature has been a game changer. She happily sleeps in it both day and night! Our daughter stirs at the same time each morning like clockwork and the cry detect feature helps sleeps stretch out her sleep a little longer. Quality is great, everything is as it is advised, rocking, vibrating and sounds etc also very easy to set up was ready to go in about 10 minutes. Was a pre order and communication with redsbaby was great for ETA on delivery and arrived before Bub was due which is even better. Show details

Love the Kipp bassinet however there are a few areas for improvement. My baby has been sleeping so well since we got this and it’s also great for assisting with settling my newborn while I attend to his older siblings. The bag and portability is also very useful. versions. It’s a flimsy bit of foam that curls up once the sheet is on it. Also, please make a waterproof mattress protector to fit. You include two sheets but the one mattress protector isn’t waterproof. I had to wash my mattress and it took 2 days to dry and I needed to use my pram bassinet mattress in the interim (I know this is not recommended but there was no other option). I now put a bluey under the sheet as any other bassinet size mattress protector is too tight for the unstructured mattress. Some information about the products features would be good, eg, how long the rocking is set to before it times out (still haven’t worked it out). How to use the panel buttons, eg how to turn the light off etc. it was all trial and error as the instructions were mostly on how to build it. Would love to see these improvements in future.

My first KIPP had an issue with the vibration and after a quick email and video of this, redsbaby customer service were very speedy in sending a replacement. Cant fault their customer service team.

After looking at so many different bassinets, we’re so glad we chose this one. It has so many great features without the huge price tag of some other smart bassinets, and we honestly can’t wait to bring our little one home and start using it.

The best bassinet! I love all the individual features and how elegant it looks. Incredibly easy to put together. Would recommend any family who is looking for a great bassinet to consider this one.

We love our KIPP bassinet so much we actually sold our Snoo because our girl preferred it. The built-in white noise is such a game changer too.

Saved our sleep!! This bassinet is magic. Our baby girl is now sleeping through the night and having better naps. It also just looks chic in the bedroom which is a nice tough.
