Had 5 downlights installed in my kitchen. Charged over $850.00. They charged well over the going rate and took advantage of our ignorance of what the going rate should have been I suggest you look elsewhere as they ripped us off and will do the same to you.

Reliable is most certainly NOT the word I would give for these dreamers. We booked them in to come and fix our air con unit on the 10th December . We sent them our address and they assured us on the phone that they would be there. for Christmas and it had been so hot in Jimboomba that we hadn’t been able to hang out in the living area on some days. The day before on the 9th they sent a reminder notice saying they were coming. Next morning they send a text saying that the guy that was coming had called in sick and couldn’t make it and did we want to make another booking which I replied yes please asap would be great. A couple hour later Jody sends me a text saying sorry we actually don’t service in your area so we are going to have to cancel the job. Well well by that time the year we couldn’t get anyone to do it until after the new year holidays. Thanks UNRELIABLE tradies for ruining our Christmas which was 36 degrees. Go figure

they denied that and reneged.]When the job was done an ipad was put Infront of me and was told to sign that the job was done. Later I found out that my signature was used to OK THEIR QUOTE and payment, which was increased to near to $680.I was told that I had to pay by Credit card, Debit card or from my bank account.[Surcharged on both cards.]BUT NOT CASH which they claim they did. I asked for a guarantee on the job as seen on their Website. They laughed.
