DO NOT BUY! Life is too short – The R2 takes so long to clear my face of hairs it is not only a waste of money - it is a waste of time. Further, the manual says to expect some rashes and sore skin until your face adjusts and/or the shaver wears in. batteries wear out faster than the blades and corded is better for the environment and it was at the cheaper end of the options available. But I expect a shave to take < 5 minutes - not 15 minutes! And it refuses to shave certain hairs at all!

I've had Remington shavers before and they've been okay. BUT NOT THIS ONE. The brand damage this razor must be doing to Remington's brand must be enormous. I've had 6-7 electric shavers since I started shaving and this one is by far the worst ... by a long long way.

Don't buy this shaver - it is waste of money! And your time! You have been warned.

Cheap for a reason – OK it was cheap and there is a reason obviously, it is rubbish, blades are blunt already, pull instead of cut and leave a shaving rash into the bargain. Buy a new set of blades, costs more than the shaver. Should have paid more for something decent. This will be the last Remington that I buy.
