My renpho will not recharge. It came with an 18 volt charger but the battery is 24 volt. I believe this is the problem. Should I contact the company for a replacement?
I had the same issue, Renpho customer service were excellent in solving the issue though. I would certainly suggest you contact them.

Rated power is 24Watts. It uses DC power. Power adapter is rated to 22.Volts
