You get less than what you were promised – I purchased three so far - Good video but very one poor audio. They have a mic sensitivity like any smart phone. You can't have a two way conversation while holding your smartphone 2 metre away from your face. Simply you can't have a two way conversation with these cameras as advertised. If you shout maybe you will achieve enough communication.… Read more

They only record poor background inaudible audio sounds like a mower or baby crying at full throttle. If you put your face to the camera as you have to do for your smart phone yes you could have a painful conversation, But that is not the audio quality you expect from a camera as - fit for purpose at full volume. You get what you pay for, they are built for a price. Also one of the camera's night vision LEDs have failed as the sensor can't make its mind up whether it's night or day, just continuously flicks on then off . Now you see now you don't. Further another camera goes into a daily reboot spasm with its wild PTZ choreographed dance. The video quality is good but everything else is average. Don't expect to record an audible audio of any value. Also they often disconnect themselves from your router so you need to reconfigure again. Again I say "You get what you pay for." In hindsight i should have paid more & got a Eufy camera or other better quality options.

Way too unreliable!! – We bought this camera to keep an eye on our dog when we go out. It works roughly 50% of the time which is nowhere near good enough. I've been through the whole brain numbing experience with tech support "did you try resetting" "does your internet work" blah blah blah. At the end of the day it's cheap but not cheerful, saying that it works half the time is probably being nice. BTW it's situated next door to the nbn modem. Show details

OK for the price – I bought two cameras to monitor the inside of the house (living-room and sun-room) and dogs while away. The instructions are poor, no proper handbook, I had to google the little symbols and abbreviations which appear on the display and experiment a lot. The connection to my wi-fi was easy but it doesn't connect to 5G which is not a problem. The… Read more

pictures are good and clear. There is a noticeable delay when doing adjustments to the position of the camera. Also there is no zoom only a wide angle lens which for indoors is good enough. There is no cloud storage only to memory card. The camera does well enough the job is supposed to do. For the price one cannot ask for more. One of the cameras lost its colour balance completely, but rather than return it, I switched it to B&W. So far no other problems.
