Easy to deal with great job – Our 1960s roof now looks as good s new , Chris repaired all our broken pointing and replaced broken tiles. Then painted/sealed roof. Great communication and very easy to deal with. He made sure everything was clean and tidy afterwards.

how COVID would pan out in terms of our finances. Job is now complete and was done in the specified time frame. We received a professional and efficient service from a legitimate business. Not only were Chris and Tom courteous and efficient and kept us informed at every step, they take great pride in their work. They went out of their way to do some extras that were not included in the quote – such as painting and installing our water tank. Thanks to Rhino Roofing our roof is looking fantastic. TOP JOB COULD NOT BE BETTER – After getting a few quotes we got one from Chris not only was he a better price he included things the other companies didnt He started when he said he would and if it wasnt for the lockdown he would have finished on time. do a rush job, as it did take a few extra days due to rain, he informed me and kept me upto date, which was fine as the quality of work is A+, Chris and his co worker do take pride in there job, as the paint and pointing makes it look like a new roof, I am so happy with my new roof and the added value it has added to my home. Non existent customer service – Wish I had seen these reviews before wasting a week of my time chasing someone to do an urgent job which hasnt been done. Non existent customer service. Sent text, email, called. No response to confirm booking. Tenant waited at home for nothing.

job seemed ok but paint has faded and gone in a lot of places – Tried to contact Rhino Roofing as our roof which they renovated had badly faded and in a lot of areas has missing paint. Steer clear of Rhino Roofing Solutions – Spoke to Chris @ Rhino Roofing Solutions at Arkoonah Market Berwick for a quote, job was done by his son, paint peeling in places ,corrugated roof painting incomplete, customer service is non-existent, have been calling since Oct 2018,spoke to Chris before Melb Cup about roofing issues have not heard back from him since,would not recommend them

Buyer beware. Do not use this trader – Unreliable continually makes excuses, job not completed. Continually ringing him to come back, came back once to take a look then more excuses on why he doesn’t turn up as organised, would never ever recommend him to anyone, if you are needing to catch up with him try Akoona Park market on a Sunday, he is usually hiding behind his van.

Buyer Beware!! – I had a quote from Rhino Roofing which seemed to be cheap and that's what I received .12 months later the paint has faded and peeled in sections .I have rang several times to get them back but its always the same excuse ill come out next week but next week never comes . Poor service and very poor communication – I had our roof quoted on and paid deposit, July, for clean / repair / replace broken tiles repointing and painting. Was advised job to start in approximately 4 weeks. After 4 months we called to check on start date and was told it would be soon just waiting for better weather. blame but we are priority. After a number of phone calls the job was started at the end of Feb. 7 months from paying deposit. Job was completed in approximately a week, March. Before I made final payment I just happened to check if the inlet pipe to my water tank was open again and was looking at the roof. To my surprise I could see many tiles that had been repaired with clear silicon and not replaced. The silicon had been put on after the roof had been painted as none of the silicon was painted. In all I found 13 tiles to be damaged and or broken and repaired with silicon. My contract clearly said broken tiles will be replaced. Before paying balance I rang to report what I had found they did send someone around same day to inspect the roof with me. In the end the tiles were replaced using my personal spare ones I had and they were painted with a brush. I was told that repairing tiles with silicon was an acceptable repair. Many of these tiles were broken in two pieces. After 8 months the roof was done. Time will tell as to the quality.

Top quality service – Thanks to the whole team my roof is looking fantastic and will do for years to come, they were prompt efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Always kept me informed as to the process and timeline and answered any questions with detail
