Rinnai BEPH Series

Awful quality and design, non-existent customer service. Remote control was dead-on-arrival even after removing plastic covering the battery. The battery compartment is impossible to remove because of the idiotic, cheap design, so good luck changing the battery if it goes flat. I know it has Wi-Fi but guess where the Wi-Fi setup button is? On the dead remote. I czn only assume Rinnai use the same remote across the range so avoid Rinnai altogether.

Oh, and I tried calling Rinnai "customer service" as advised by the retailer and they basically hung up on me, said they "don't deal with customers".

Terrible experience. Look elsewhere.
