Quality and service – If you thinking of installing Rinnai ducted air conditioning please be aware that it might only last one year. Ours is not working after 1.5 years. Even the service from Rinnai is so poor that they are not able to organise someone to come and have a look at it. We have been without air-conditioning for 6 weeks now. They are finally sending someone after 6 weeks to check what is wrong. Very poor quality and service
