Indoor pool sux. Always full up with aqua aerobics and swimming lessons. Its a public pool is it not ? U pay 2 use it right ? Still get kicked out by some fat mole teaching a bunch of spastics to be gay.
A Real Shame – So Close Yet Poorly Managed The water temperature is all over the place. From what I’ve observed, when staff are in the pool with classes, the temperature stays at a comfortable 33°C. However, when the classes aren’t happening, the temperature drops to 30°C, or even lower. I visit every day for relief for my lower back, and I’ve… Read more
noticed that the colder it gets, the more pain I experience. So, if you decide to visit, proceed with caution – it might not be worth the money. Look elsewhere if you need consistent comfort.
As of today, June 1st, 2025, the water temperature is a disappointing 20°C.
Not happy! – I took 3 very excited girls to ripples st marys. When we got there kids in toe hands full with bags floaties etc go to pay with CASH legal tender to be told sorry eftpos only! Now what if I had no money in the bank at all I would have to say to them sorry girls we can't go in because they don't accept CASH that would have resulted in 3 meltdowns.… Read more
Then we go in kiosk same thing eftpos only and they had NO hot chips thats all kids want at the pools is hot chips and tomato sauce now being christmas school holidays the most busiest time of the year how did they not have any hot chips they should organise stock well in advance knowing it's school holidays and they would be busy! Cash is legal tender the whole efptos only rule is ridiculous
No maximum kids per 1 teacher – My daughter enrolled in learn to swim 4 years ago. When I enrolled my daughtet, they said one teacher will handle 4 to 6 kids. However now they put 7 kids for 1 teacher. When I made a complaint to the person in charge, she said there is no limit. So unprofessional and really not happy.
There is no “0” star to rate – I have 2kids for swimming lessons and they owe 7 +2 makeup classes from march last year which is on their previous software but no one has the clear answers when parents can use those makeup for kids. I am moving out of this property and wont be able to travel all the way to st Mary’s and i cant even cancel the classes. If i did kids wont get… Read more
their make up classes. Some staff are nice but they dont have any information. They hardly pick up the phone. No one have an answer. How many email i have to email IDK.
Don’t know what to expect – Here we go again…for the past 6 months either the spas not working or spa and sauna are closed this is on a weekly basis, now right in the middle of summer they decide to do renovations. One pool open, outside. No explanations or reopening dates … customer care and reliability are not their priority.
Worst reception staff – Ripples St Mary's is the worst Ripples of all. The lady name Robin was the absolute rudest person to work in reception. Her tone was condescending, and her attitude was like a jailer. She would interrupt you while you are explaining something, and as soon as you disagree with her, she will start acting like a bully. I felt she has issues with… Read more
Muslims or minorities because she treats them like a child or outcasts. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
broken entrance machine – Though people are paying by direct debit, due to their faulty entrance machine everyone had to stand in queue which was really long. kids lost their 20 mins. of lesson.
bad experience with a very rude reception staff – Give a one star as a bad experience with a very rude reception staff. She treats me like a criminal every time only because I forgot to log in service nsw app once. Every time I comings to the swimming centre if she was there when I scan my card to enter the door she stand beside watching me and read each name the card link to. My daughter used my… Read more
son”s card to get in she said “do you need me to help you find which card is for which person?” I didn’t answer her immediately as I was looking for my parents card then she sneered and said “ok you don’t need my help.”
Swimming lessons for kids – I took my kids there for swimming lessons for about 3 years, at the beginning we had a great experience but lately, the coaches are becoming more casual which means you tend to get a different relief coach every week sometimes My elder kid had no progress or assessment for levels for almost two years. We moved to Dive-in swimming academy and it’s been a great experience far better.

are clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Full membership also gets you free locker access.
Absolutely recommend.
Excellent gym... Recommended – Apart from being a full facility including sauna, spa, pools, full gym and group fitness classes, I really love this place. The staff are friendly and helpful, their facilities are very clean and I can honestly say for the price we pay for our family to enjoy all parts of the gym, it is well worth the money. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, full facility, family friendly
