refused to cover the repair and shipping, after back and forth they offered to only cover the labour and freight of return and I'd need to pay for the assessment, spare parts and freight to send it back to me. After reading reviews about people not getting their unit back I decided to play it safe and asked to buy a replacement battery instead. 1 month later and still waiting for them to send me an invoice so I can pay and get the battery but now I'm doubting they will even send the battery after I pay it! Customer service saying they are waiting for sales team to generate the invoice, totally ridiculous and waste of money, $600 down the drain just like that with no resolution.
As for the product it was very convenient to mop and vacuum at the same time but self clean was not great and the drying was just a fan and did not get the job done so you will need to wash the rollers everytime you use it. Battery was not enough to clean my double story house in one charge. I was unable to buy the replacement battery anywhere online in Australia either.
Updated: finally got the invoice for the battery from their third party repair centre and it was shipped out to me promptly. We were right, it was a busted battery so the mop is working again. A but disappointing that the battery only lasted for a year and we weren't using it that often either! The battery wasn't cheap and I think if it busts again I'm better off just buying a new mop unit elsewhere. Will not be buying from roborock again.
Terrible service. Faulty product. Would not recommend – Received a faulty product. Returned it then got passed around between departments for weeks with no replacement issued or refund. Cons: - Cleaning head does not dry within the 4 hour auto dry time (honestly even the 6 hours is not enough) - There is no hot air coming when drying for sure, which is very disappointing to know - gives out a damp smell when the roller brushes are not completely dry (especially if you use 4 hours or under for self-drying) - self-cleaning is a bit loud, so try not to schedule it when the entire house is asleep - the gap between the front rollers should be closed so it doesn’t leave a streak on the floor every time you mop (something to consider for future models)
Overall I’m happy with the purchase although Roborock should do something about the hot air drying or at least not advertise it, because I honestly got carried away. But with a little one who eats off the floor literally, it’s very helpful!

Roborock - they couldn't have been more helpful, and had the unit repaired and on its way back to me in a few days. At one point I had forgotten to get back to them for a few days with some information they needed and so they sent me a reminder email. Given that if I hadn't responded they would not have had to repair the unit at their cost, I thought this spoke well to their integrity. In a world where you see so many reviews of companies who outright ignore customers after a sale, or deny warranty claims as a matter of course leaving it to you to fight for your rights, I found these guys to be a refreshing change. I would absolutely buy another Roborock product based on this experience.

stunk so bad you will puke Not only empty it but wash it The water tank is not as big as it says I had this tested Sometimes it locks the brushes when you bump something
I had a crosswave and it was worse so it is still better than that but so much room for improvement. Not sure if I'd purchase again
Update: I actually come to love this product for the simple fact that it leaves my hard floors skeaky clean and shiny. It does have flaws but it is an amazing concept and product. I have been recommending to friends and think it was worth the money spent

Good but can be better – Used tineco s3 before after s3 died , bought the dyad pro . Impressive with cleaning and felt better than s3 but it has 3 brushes more cleaning than s3 or s5 . S3 has only one brush . Positive is releases hot-air to dry bruses it drastically reduces the smell from brushes . Negative for me is only 12 months warranty . Please extend warranty… Read more · 2

Another negative is Recommended cleaning liquid is Omo is expensive $$ and won't available everywhere . Please reduce price for the recommended liquid . I have a feeling drying air advertised as hot air but my machine is producing only normal air not even warm air. I have to check with temperature monitoring tool and then I will contact customer service as my machine may be faulty . But as advertised onthe website i screenshoted the wording and added to the review as well .
One more which I faced it is I got a semi broken part product .
