Roborock Flexi Lite

Terrible. It has broken after 3months. I sent the device to roborock service center. Its been more than A MONTH+ and the status is "Waiting for the part" and dont know when it will arrive. Since its a cheap brand, they dont even refund or sent new product. Stay away from this brand. Show details

This is a great little unit. Although I initially received a faulty one, the replacement has been perfect. It cleans well, is effortless to use, and the floors dry surprisingly fast! Very happy with this product and would recommend. Show reply

Battery life was horrible. Sent it back and it come back in worse conditions, scratches not put back together properly and stunk, full of water and completely ignored by the after sales team after. Its pathetic. Doesnt clean well at all. They give these things away for free with other purchases because they are crap. Then you cant ask for a refund because they gave it as a $699 bonus. When really it should be worth nothing.

This has been my life saver! I use it daily cleans really well. My floors have never looked so flawless! Roborock has done it again! Highly highly recommend it. Best buy ever Show reply

A very handy quick all round cleaner – Yeah I love it, it’s a little heavy and you can’t get into corners but the flat cleaning feature is great, I also like that it cleans itself at the charging station, really cool. Awesome for wet spills. Show reply

It's OK. Good simple mop – Its OK. I'd like to use the mop also to dry areas after someone spill some liquid. That would easily be achievable if the mop had a option to not use the internal water tank. From all I read and tested, it aways use the internal water to wet the brush. Not sure if its just me, but it some times ask to clean the brush quite often. If you don't mind the two items above, I definitely recommend it.

refund policy – your refund or exchange policy is absolutely worst. No care factor what so ever.

Fails with cat hair – I've been using the Roborock Flexi lite for almost a month now. I've used it on tile and wood floors. It does an ok job. I'm dissaponted that it struggles to pick up cat hair and regularly fails to do so. I like the self-cleaning feature.

Issues with display, zero communication from Roborock support – I received this device free with the Qrevo Robot which was a nice bonus. Within minutes of using it, the display no longer worked. I sent a email with a video of the issue to the Roborock customer support team and haven't heard anything back (5+ weeks later). It has certainly made me question the quality of the product, and the quality of the customer service. Wish I had better things to say, as the concept is great.

Flexi Lite – Recieved as a bonus when buying the ROboRock QRevo Master. Great little vac that can also mop. Only using as a vacuum for now, and work well.

Yucky – Gross. Smelly. Doesn't really serve any specific purpose. I now realise why you were giving them away. Better as a dry spot vac.

Don't buy unless you are DIY – Unable to get extended warranty and the support email is not helpful

Works better than a manual mop – Works well enough. Cleans floors really well. Mop does drip dirty water when stopped.

Bought With Q Revo Master – It is a good product, light weight and self powered

Ease of use and works great – Very easy to set up and works really well. The self cleaning function is a lot better than expected too.

Roborock wet and dry vac ultra lite – Best thing ever!!! Has made having a toddler 10x easier, would 100% recommend
