buy a cheap broom and mop. I have tried for almost a year on both tile and wood floors, and this is just a farcicial cleaner. Waste of money, and I wish I had stuck with another Hizero.
Great way to clean wooden floor, can get rid of all the dirts on the floor, easy to clean and wash as all automatic, much convinent for women as it goes automatically forward when cleaning

material you are trying to pick up, and these are very small items, for example, tiny apple seeds I'm trying to pick up today, you roll over them and they remain, or very small black flat particles will remain. It's very frustrating for the price you pay. I don't think the suction is enough to get these items

Great vac mop - would recommend – I've used it only once, but so far have found the following pros and cons: Pros: *Easy to set up, use and clean afterwards *Gets in close to clean effectively where wall meets floor *Picks up mess without having to go over areas repeatedly *Battery lasted long enough to do both top floor and downstairs without needing to recharge (on eco mode) *Effective self cleaning mode Cons: *Additional cost of using recommended cleaning fluid is expensive Show reply
worst customer service ever – I purchased the Flexi Lite Pro a month ago, and it’s not functioning properly. The suction is weak, and sometimes dirty water leaks onto the mop. I requested a replacement, but they told me from the purchased date is 40 days , so it’s not possible. Before buying, consider why you would spend $900 on a scrap item. Now, we have to wait another 4 weeks for a repair. It’s better to invest in a reputable brand from a trusted store. Show details

Roborock – It's good and easy to work with that, I just disappointment that is not enough powerful.and can't use on the carpets.

Not a good vacume mop – Doesn't lift stains from the floor easy, to big and bulky, Water tanks too small. Clean and dirty water tanks annoying to empty and fill. Overall not a good item. Will be returning. Not as advertised
Waste of Money – I'm very disappointed with this appliance. Despite the manufacturers claims it smells bad (the hour long self cleaning cycle is clearly ineffective) , struggles to remove simple dog paw prints and other very basic floor stains and dribbles filthy water onto the floor when you stop mopping for a moment. the power goes out at night it goes into self cleaning mode when it comes back on, and wakes us up. It came without even a sample bottle of the required cleaning fluid. If you let the battery go below 20% it won't self clean when you put it back in the dock - and yes, the dock is plugged in and obviously has power to it so this is ridiculous. If it doesn't self clean it smells much worse than usual. You would think there was raw sewage flowing through the house. It tends to smell pretty bad at the best of times, even if you empty and clean the dirty water tank which BTW is an unpleasant task.
Lightweight & Easy to Use – It's very easy to use, lightweight and does a great cleaning job. I tried the new Dyson mop also, but the Roborock is a much easier clean up and less mess, very happy with it.
