I have a robot Roborock that I love and when my stick vac broke I decided to buy a Roborock H60 Hub Ultra, that was a big mistake. It is good on hard floors but on carpet it doesn't pick anything up at all, even on the highest suction setting. I have 2 cats, one is long haired, and it will not pick up any of the floof at all. I am so disappointed in this vacuum cleaner. I have the biggest buyers remorse on this purchase. If you only have hard floors then buy this vacuum, if you have a mix of hard and soft flooring buy something else.

Great on hard floors, terrible on carpet Handle sticks out to far once docked H60 has bendable stick but the hub h60 does not I found it terrible on the carpet many times back and forth over the same stuff just doesn't pickup pet or human hair, rolls over the carpet doesn't really suck any dirt from below. Really loud on high as it doesn't pick up much from carpet on low. My old vacuum auto adjusted the suction speed this one does not Height adjustable stick was probably the only good thing although it did vacuum well on hard floors but I specifically got it for carpet so wanting to return it.

I reached out before the review and I asked if there was a carpet head and why this model didnt have the drop down flush with the floor and I got a simple reply of it doesnt come with a carpet head
