RoC Skin Toner

Good – It came in a good sized bottle and certainly wiped away any cleanser that was left on my face but I was dissapointed that i felt nothing after using it on my face. no nioce tingly clean feeling, nothing at all to be honest with you. I am not saying the product didnt do its job i am just saying for the price it could have done more than it did. Maybe Roc needs to have another look at this one. A nice skin toner to use. I didnt feel anything on my skin after using it, with most you get a feeling of freshness but not with this one.
