Most of it rubbish, – Opened a bag of pea straw mulch which I have used before and this time it looked like most of it was 2nd waste. Lots of like nylon, and some stones, didn’t look right. Never again will try different brand for sure. It’s not cheap either. Show details

Poor coverage – Up to 20 square meters coverage? Only if you sprinkle it like fairy dust. Used 2 packs on a 10 square meter bed and still need way more. False advertising. Show details

Feeling ripped off – We used to buy this , three bags for $30. Now the bags are smaller and the price is $15.74 per bag. It certainly doesn’t go as far as it used to, less than half of what’s stated on the bag. Will not be buying it again. Show details

Product OK but Packaging Hazardous – I bought a bale of this product from my local nursery. I opened it and used a small amount and then carried it a short distance to storage. I then noticed that the printing from the packaging had stained my clothing and skin. The ink from the packaging seems to have rubbed off when I simply held the package against me. clothes could not be completely removed, even by soaking. The ink washed off my skin with the aid of a course cloth which was then covered in ink staining. There is no package warning.

The company, which advertises that it provides safe products, has been informed in writing with photos but so far has not responded with any advice about toxicity or other potential unwanted effects and has not offered compensation for ruined clothing.

I will not be buying Rocky Point Mulching Products again.
