I use this once or twice a week and my skin feels amazing afterwards, soft and smooth as a babies b...., it visibly improves my my skin, clears all the dead skin cells away so that my serums and moisturisers are penetrating my skin. I've never had a skin reaction, its a high glide sugar and salt scrub that smells amazing and value for money my jar lasts me 9 months. For the sensitive skin types apply on wet face.

Need this product!! – This was the first R+F product I tried as a sample from a friend. It’s incredible, quite intense in grain size but I prefer a more substantial scrub to feel like it is doing something! Made my skin feel so unbelievably clean, soft and tight afterwards. So soft too! You need to follow up with a good toner and moisturiser because the feel from the MD paste is amazing and anything light on or cheap doesn’t do the work the paste does justice!

Love love love it – This was my first RF purchase as I had been given a sample packet by my friend who works as a consultant. I loved it immediately, my skin felt clean and tight and bright. It can feel a bit full on at first so I added a bit of water to soften the effect. I went on to buy the tub which is pretty good value for money - with two scrubs a week I reckon it would last a year. I would recommend this product. It goes well with the night serum.
