A couple of the struts bent in the wind can you get replacements

I can't remember where I purchased my Roman Delux brand, maybe Aldi. If thats the case, then no parts available. Most suppliers just sell the whole units, its too much drama stocking parts. Looking on the various online market sites (Gumtree, FB Marketplace etc) doesn't get much either as most people just chuck them out because they get majorly twisted in a storm. I purchased 4 Spinnifex units from Anaconda 2 years ago and 6 months later, 2 got a bit twisted up in a storm. I salvaged the good bits for parts - it was quite an effort undoing all the joints and then there's the problem of storage. Quite frankly, its easier to just ditch the mess and get a new one and learn from the experience. Either take it down if there is a storm coming, or peg it down with 600mm long stakes at the feet and replace the cheezey string with tent ropes anchored to the frame, not the material top.

We bought this product about a year ago and it’s been great. On a recent camping trip 4 of the rails got broken in heavy rain. Is there anyway to get spare parts?

Tent World sell spare parts for some brands but only the brands they sell. I bought one set of arms and they were longer than the arms on this model. I cut them down and made them fit but it was a lot of work even with a well-equipped garage of tools. The other option is to buy another one and keep the old one for parts.

Would Oz trail side walls be compatible with Roman gazebo? Thank you

Hi Joe,

Not too sure, why don't you buy one and if it's not suitable return it to the store.

Hi we have a deluxe Gazebo, is it possible to buy a new frame for it as the top and bag are still OK?

Gerard

Hi Gerard,

I doubt that you will be able to by the frame only, I would be 99.9% sure that it would cheaper to buy a complete gazebo and then put the top & bag you have from the old gazebo on ebay, someone might need them.

Too bad we cant swap details here, I have a good frame but the canopy has worn out. Ebay, Gumtree or FB Marketplace I go then...
