hi.does this fryer has a resetting button?and where?the fryers power and temp indicator is "ON" but it is not heating up.please help.i like this fryer.
Not that i am aware of, this is basically what happened to mine when it finally packed it in. I did have it for over 10yrs though!.

Hi Stephen - this product was discontinued in 2006 and as such, we do not have any remaining spare parts for this model. Perhaps an alternative product from our sister brand Kambrook would be of interest? See external link . Does the oil unit come out for cleaning, and if so, how ?
No the inside does not come out. (Looks like it does, but doesn't).The lid is easily removed though to make it easier when cleaning.
