A terrible product – Do not waste your money... This is the most difficult processor that you will find. Getting it to function is a major engineering feat... It is super complicated and you will ultimately break the lid... Go elsewhere!!
Great unit – Had this unit for 9 years approx. broke the lid and was able to find a replacement cheaply on eBay. Today (28-6-20) the blade got stuck and very hard to remove. Filed it down inside a bit and works fine. You really have to look hard at the symbols and match them and you will not have the lid sticking. Great workhorse . Show details
No response at all to my enquiry. Would lead to avoid the product and brand entirely – As above as our problem was not with the performance which was excellent ,but the dismantling and cleaning of the apparatus. As the machine was given to us as a parting gift (unused by neighbors going back to the UK ) ,it was possibly 4 -5 years old. The bowl seemed to be impossible to remove without removing the blades first and therefore was quite dangerous, hence the need for product advice, Show details

Breaks easily! – I have used this a couple of times and the processing bowl broke as I was removing the lid. Since it was a gift from hubby, I didn't want to throw it in the bin. I looked for spare parts online but couldn't find any. What a total waste of money! Show details
Not good – I've used this mixer for just a couple of times (at least 10 times since its been bought ) from grating to dough making.. but today i use the food processor, attached the dough mixer and put my mix. I turn it into speed 1. After 5 mins. Smoke is coming out to the ventilation hole at the back... and then it won't work.. Show details
Ronson food processor RFP200 – I had purchased this product from Target for my self but then my niece asked to borrow it to make some baby food & it ended up with her. Fantastic product & economical in price. Would like to purchase another one for me but cant find shame I cant find it anymore. Show 2 replies
It is OK – It does the job which I had in mind and it does it very well. However I accidentally knocked the top against the table and sure enough it is now cracked. I have put tape around it and it still works but it must be very fragile
I won't even give it single star – Really bad experience with this food processer. Really hard to make it run. I needed to grate carrots for sweet dish, but this piece of rubbish didn't work at all, I had to grate all 4kg carrots by myself. I bought brand new from target.. I am going to chuk it in the bin..
Terrible quality – This product is made from brittle hard plastic, and pieces have snapped off it just from attaching the lid to the bowl. The disc that holds the grating attachment broke at its narrowest point, I ordered a replacement, (that was when ronson had an Australian contact number, no longer available) the new one cost $15.00 to post and broke in exactly the same spot only a couple of uses later. Do not buy this product. Nothing Exceptionally poor quality
Very disappointed! – After using the food processor around 20 times max, the grating/slicing accessory in which you fit the blades actually seized onto the middle shaft, snapping the whole piece and could've been very dangerous had I not stopped it in time. As a result of losing the receipt ( which was in the manual thats of course gone missing too) I've been trying… Read more
for 12 months to actually locate a spare part and since I can't locate the manual I tried to find ronson online... It seems they don't exist on the entire web! Just like spare parts for this machine... They don't exist anywhere apparently. Not impressed. Don't buy this product. I liked the grating/slicing functions that are rendered useless when that part breaks and can't be replaced. Parts seizing, breaking and being non replaceable!
Dissapointed – I bought this product last year, and the food processor stopped working after half a dozen uses, and today the blender blew up! Unfortunately I cannot find the receipt, so I'm unable to return it. If this hadn't happened, I would have been recommending it, as it did what it was supposed to do.
