Wonderful processor but cheap grater holder – Blender is good, however...grating cheese or cucumber caused the grater ring/holder to crack and on removing the grater it broke a chunk out of the ring. I don't use grater that often, so does not warrant for it to break that easily. I hand wash all the removable parts and the only one using it.

Blender is awesome but food processor is annoying – I have been using the blender almost everyday for a year to make smoothies and its still going strong. However the food processor is useless as the food gets stuck underneath the blade and doesn't get processed at all. it was only $69 on clearance at target so I can't complain too much.

3 weeks to get an email reply re broken jug, hung up on 4 times – For what you pay the product is good until there's a problem. It has taken them ALMOST 3 WEEKS just to reply to my email and when I called I was hung up on 4 times..... liana/luke

It works but not 100% happy – Mine is orange and I do really like it. Its great for making pastry and I use it fairly often while baking but the knob to turn it on is really smooth and very hard to grasp especially when your hands are dirty from cooking! The recipe book that comes with it is also good and all togethers its good value for money. Also when processing something fine, it gets caught in the rim of the lid and the lid is really hard to get off! I like the colour and size, good price and does the job Knob is really hard to grasp, food gets caught in the rim of the lid
