Customer care – Phoned harvey norman and asked for contact number of Rowenta. 1300 307 824 It says tfal but they are linked. They'll give you a number of parts supplier in your area. Perth Willeton 93541488 For a new battery it is $77. Not sure if it is worth it Thanks to Harvey Norman for supplying the number as they don't stock the product any more
