I have had two of these kettles now, and both failed after about 3 years each of standard domestic use. I expect a kettle to last much longer than this. The second kettle started tripping our circuit breaker. Customer service was completely unhelpful - I tried to resolve it with them prior to posting this review. The beeping that this kettle makes… Read more

when you take it off the base, put it back on, and press any button is annoying. The only beep really needed is when it finishes boiling, in my view. The script on the button labels wpies off, so you don't know which button does what after a while.

When it worked, it did what it was supposed to. Not quiet, but effective in heating water to the desired temperature. I will not buy this kettle or brand again.

Worked fine for 3 months but now only 4 lights come on and it does not work at all. Remaining lights go off after a few minutes. With or without the kettle on the base. When it did work it never made a noise to let you know it was boiled. Unfortunately I cannot find the Myer receipt. So it will end up binned. Show details

I am having a problem with my RH kettle. This is my 2nd RH product. About 3 yrs ago I wrote a review on here about issues. RH were responsive & sent me a replacement but in the time I wrote the review & received the replacement I had already gone out & bought a new one. So I held onto it & then had to use it 6 mths ago as the kettle I’d replaced… Read more

it with had an issue with the plastic lid & it had cracked & was unsafe due to scalding from steam. Recently I’ve noticed that the boiling cut off switch on this 6 mth old kettle only works intermittently. So we have to stand there to ensure it doesn’t continue boiling. I contacted RH today to tell them that the kettle didn’t turn off & because I don’t have a receipt ( THEY sent me the kettle) & it’s outside of their warranty period - even though it’s only been in use for 6 mths - it’s basically so sad….too bad! I really appreciated their response & replacement kettle the 1st time but what this recurring failure tells me is their products are cr..—at least the 2 kettles I’ve had are). A kettle should last longer than 6 mths …no matter when you Bought it or started using it!

Great kettle that caters to our families needs well – To be quite frank, I really like this kettle and found the varied temperatures really useful. I was given the opportunity to review the Addison digital, and it ticks a lot of boxes I didn't know I needed ticked. To provide an overall summary, this is a digital kettle, holding 1.7 litres with 5 different heat settings - 70 degrees, 80 degrees, 90… Read more

degrees, 95 degrees, 100 degrees and a Keep Warm function.

I have found the range of temperatures to be particularly useful for our family: - As a family with young kids, having lower temperature settings on offer has been great for their hot chocolates with reduced risk of burns. - As a tea drinker with a large loose leaf tea selection, being able to reduce the heat to avoid burning the leaves has been a luxury most kettles don't offer. - When my mum visits who drinks only hot water, having a lower setting other than boiling suits her needs. - As a shift worker my husband has been really loving the 'Keep Warm' function as he seeks his caffeine hit and it's also a handy function when we have visitors - varying temperatures are also handy if I'm cooking and need boiling water for blanching vegetables etc, or want a lower temp heat for my cup-a-soup.

The Keep Warm function is a great setting - when you select this setting it continues to maintain the temperature for 2 hours before turning off automatically. As a safety feature, it will not work on the highest temp (100 degrees) to avoid the risk of boiling dry. We have had issue with this feature, in that the instruction manual for this setting is incomplete. The support offered by the supplier to determine if a fault was present, and then determining that the issue was with the instruction manual was a huge plus. To me it's not an issue if there are problems as this can happen at times. What's important is that the support is reliable and prompt. I certainly found this to be a positive and we were able to come to a resolution. From the supplier: "When de-activating the Keep Warm function, you need to deselect the Keep Warm button (push it and the ring of light goes out) as well as deselecting the relevant temperature button (ie. whichever temp is actually selected) or simply lift the kettle from the base (this will also de-activate it), and the kettle will cease from re-boiling".

As a side issue, I'm not convinced that it's an environmentally considerate setting.

The kettle is easy to use, easy to determine the water level and has a boil time of 3 minutes when full. The instruction booklet provides a handy table as a guide for which teas should be drunk at which temperature. It's a minimalist design kettle that comes in either brushed steel or black, it is light to pick up so when it's full of water it's not awkwardly heavy. The lid pops up easily with a large opening, making it quick and easy to refill and to clean. The spout is wide so the water does pour out quickly. The cord is a reasonable length. The handle is comfortable and easy to hold. The filter in the spout was easy to take out, but slightly more difficult to clip back in. I do think it's quite loud when it boils. There are very few kettles on the market that have the range of heat settings that this kettle has so it really does capture the market. Also, it is steel inside the kettle which is important to me.

This is a great kettle, that caters to our family well - who knew our families hot water needs were so versatile?

Matte black with a beep when it’s ready! – My experience with the Russell Hobbs Addison Matte Black 1.7L Kettle has been great. hot water for my tea, coffee, and cooking needs.

Surprising Satisfaction: This kettle 'just works' and it's intuitive. The refill lid lifts effortlessly, it is simple to use and it's easy to see how much water is in the kettle. I particularly appreciate the ability to choose my temperature for herbal teas, and the matte black finish stays fingerprint-free.

Ergonomic Design: The kettle's design is not only sleek but also ergonomic and well-balanced. It's lightweight when empty and a breeze to handle.

Handy Beep Notification: The cute beep notification feature when the water is ready has proven to be a real lifesaver, especially during busy cooking sessions. It reminds me to prepare a nice cup of tea and take a moment to relax. (Totally my fave feature!)

Safety: The handle remains cool to the touch during use, ensuring safety and peace of mind.

Space-Saving Design: Housed in a compact footprint, the kettle doesn't take up much valuable bench space.

Keep Warm Function: This feature has proven to be a boon, especially when entertaining guests. It ensures that there's always hot water available for a fresh round of cuppas.

Cons: Minor Gripe: While it's not a dealbreaker, I've noticed a minor inconvenience with the standby mode. Sometimes, I forget to press the temperature button twice to start it, resulting in no hot water.

Button Aesthetics: Another aspect that could be improved is the aesthetics of the buttons. I really dislike the typeface used, I would have chosen something more aesthetic. While functional, they don't quite match the sleek design of the kettle. Many would love the buttons though, as they are super easy to read.

In summary, the Russell Hobbs Addison Matte Black 1.7L Kettle was a surprising winner!

It Boils Water ….. Plus! – Yes it does boil water but the RH Addison Digital Kettle also has temperature control buttons for the recommended heat level of different beverages: 70 degrees - green tea 80 degrees - white tea 90 degrees - oolong tea 95 degrees - coffee 100 degrees - black tea Who knew? nice cup of tea or coffee?” You’re set to make each variety at the optimum recommended temperature. A bit of planning though. From the same full kettle, make the lower temperature beverages first and progress to the highest.

Operation is pretty straight forward. Lift the kettle off the power base and fill to the desired level. The level window is clear and easy to see through unlike some kettles. Place the kettle back on the powerbase and all button’s illuminate blue. Press the desired button, say 100 degrees and the kettle starts to heat. When the temperature is reached it beeps twice and you’re ready to pour.

There is also a “Keep Warm” button which you can use for all temperatures except 100 degrees, which maintains the temperature selected for up to 2 hrs. Haven’t used it and wondered if it uses more energy than just reheating by pushing the button again.

The kettle works well and looks stylish with clean lines and of course the fancy glowing buttons. Can be bought as a set with a matching RH toaster which is what we did, in the easy to clean black matt finish.

At this very moment I can hear it boiling in the kitchen so time for that nice afternoon cup of tea … just heard the beeps.

One last note though. Straight out of the box, there was a glitch with the buttons where I’d press one and it would blink, then beep twice with kettle full of cool tap water. Happened a few times then worked perfectly after that. Haven’t been able to replicate it since but wonder if I’ll read about this in other reviews.

Overall very happy with the quality and functionality at this price point for this kettle and would recommend, especially as part of a set.

I had my Russel Hobbs Kettle for under a year. I wasn't impressed by how the buttons discoloured, and after a while, the lettering rubbed off, even when being careful when wiping it. I went to use it oneday and not even being a year old, it wouldn't boil or do anything, it was only good for the bin. Really sad this happened.

Durable print/engraving for the beverage selection panel? – No issues with the kettle with regards to heating, water level visibility or just the general works of a kettle for that matter. But I am disappointed with the print on top of the base, where it gives the temperature selection for different beverages. This was one of the main reasons I chose this particular model, as we drink a variety of teas. … Read more ·  1

distance. The level window is small and very hard to see the water level- if it goes cloudy it will be impossible to tell the water level. When full, care needs to be taken when pouring, as lid does not seal and water runs from under the lid seal- not great with boiling water. The kettle is also WAY louder than my previous digital kettle. Care needs to be taken as unlike a glass kettle there is no 2nd skin keep you away from the hot kettle walls. Considering Ive only boiled it several times to clean it I am so dissapointed with this product and would NOT recommend buying.

get it to boil! Hence fails even to heat, useless. Ok these are cheap at $55-65 but for the sake of the planet they could last longer than 3 years. Bought off Amazon so easier to purchase another one at a cheaper price. I have 5 of these now so the next one I'll send back to Amazon as faulty within the return period or call Russell Hobbs. Like everything modern China built, not made to last. I'm unsure about the BPA free quality but I have had no issues with lids cracking, temp signage dissappearing, just functionality. I looked at the Breville reviews here for a very similar Kettle and the reviews are worse for a Kettle that costs 3 times the price. As we need to select hot but not boiling water I'll just keep buying a new one to keep as spare as these ARE not reliable. 2 failed same fault after 4 years. There must be a part that fails, (cheap n nasty) to keep us buying a new one. Like all modern goods, the engineers build in obsolesense so they have a job.

I purchased this kettle today and already I don't like it; my wife does like it, but that's probably because it is shiny and has little blue lights. She is funny like that. same ball park figure. The Russell Hobbs kettle has an easy and wide-opening lid allowing you to fill it without problem, as does my cheap KMart kettle.

It does look nice, but I will reserve judgement until I see how long the labelling on the buttons last.

For me, the one huge flaw with this kettle is that of the four little feet underneath the base, only the rear two have any kind of silicone grippiness. The front two feet are just plastic, meaning that depending on how you move the kettle on the base itself, the base can swivel back and forth. Imagine the movement of car wipers and then turn that image upside down in your head.

This is an easily avoided flaw and only occurs because the manufacturer is trying to save every last fraction of a cent by omitting two small pieces of silicone.

Very disappointing. 18 months in and all of the markings have rubbed off the temperature buttons of the base, so I can't tell what any of the temperature settings are. Engravings or back lit buttons would have avoided the problem. Now lid doesn't seal properly and the unit struggles to boil, so I'll have to throw it away as mechanism is plastic and degraded. It lasted a year – We bought this in July 2023, and it stopped working in November 2024. The fading of the temperature display after a year—I could understand that. Difficulty boiling a kettle – The styling is good but after 6 months use the thermostat seems to be failing. The base has 6 settings but 99 per cent of the time just the “100 degC button” is used. Fabulous kettle – We needed a new kettle, so I did some research - so many of them failed to deliver on reliability, even the super expensive ones. think is great is after using and needing to refill with cold water, I just have to press the button at the back of the handle and there is no hand contact with steam from the hot water. Overall this is an attractive looking kettle, super efficient and this would have to be the best kettle I have ever owned. Highly recommended.

you with a simple press of the button. The 1.7 litre tank can be filled with cold water from the tap and boiled to the black tea temperature (100 degrees) in approximately three minutes, so the lower temperatures of 70, 80, 90, 95 etc will obviously take less, the keep warm function is a great addition too. It isn't a struggle to see how much water is in the tank and the easy to hold handle keeps your hands away from the hot parts of the kettle. I found the Russell Hobbs kettle in black looks great in our neutral coloured kitchen. Well priced multi temp kettle. Nice black finish – (EDIT: the numbers have been coming off everytime we wipe the surface now. It’s just a dish sponge with some kitchen sink soapy water. years now. First impressions when unboxing is that the black is a nice matt finish. The kettle and base is compact and not too bulky or cumbersome. The buttons on the base are illuminated and large enough with a nice clear font to read. The font however looks a little out of place, not as sleek as the sunbeam. The kettle I will note only has a level viewing window on one side, which suits right handed people, however being left handed, I always need to flick the kettle around to check the water level. The sunbeam has a viewing window on both sides, so I never noticed this as being an issue until I used this Russell Hobbs kettle. When setting the base on the counter, it is noticeably lighter than the sunbeam, which CAN be annoying if the lead is bumped as the base will move. It is also noted that the plug isn’t at 90 degrees to the socket, meaning the lead sticks out from the wall and into your prep space, whereas the sunbeam has a right angle plug and you can push the kettle right back. Internally the mesh filter looks flimsy and not as fine as the one in the sunbeam, meaning its less likely to capture calcification flakes in the water, however this isn’t really an issue for most people. When boiling it didn’t feel any faster or slower then the sunbeam, however I can not see its Watts anywhere in the docs or the website. It is quieter when boiling than the sunbeam, which is a big thing for families with young children. At 1.7L, the capacity is the same and the temperature options are great. I don’t like coffee too hot and being able to select 90 degrees means less milk and a good temp for my coffee. I set the temp to 90 degrees and put a thermometer in after it finished at the temp was around 87 degrees, so its accurate enough for coffee and tea brewing. At the price point, it’s a good option for a black smart kettle. However, unless you were specifically looking for multiple temperature options, id likely stick with a plain boiling kettle.

An attractive variable-temperature kettle – The headline feature of this kettle is its ability to heat water to five different temperatures: 70°, 80°, 90°, 95° or 100°. deposits start to build up, it can be quite noisy in use.

There's no obvious OFF button. To switch off manually, one just has to press whichever of the six buttons is illuminated. For example, if the 100° button has been pressed and you want to stop it the kettle before it boils, just press the 100° button again.

The handle is well designed. It's large, comfortable and keeps steam away from your hands.

The power cord is too short though. It's only 60 cm long, which means you basically have to put this kettle right next to a power outlet. It really should be at least a metre long.

The biggest flaw is that the labelling on the buttons can be wiped or scratched off quite easily. This is a defect I've noticed on their toaster as well. Russell Hobbs should rethink how they do labelling on their appliances as they are not durable in this regard.

It comes with a 2 year warranty.

The kettle sent is identical to the previous one so I will continue to up date as time goes by. I hope that the original was just a one off faulty item of which time will tell.

......................................................................................................................................................................................................... 21 Month Review

Kettle has now completely failed as a result of the progressively worsening fault as described in the 12 month review.

I would not be recommending this kettle given the short working life span vs price

Sadly now given the type of technology in its design, the fact that it isn't repairable it now is only good as landfill which is an equally significant problem

.......................................................................................................................

18 Month Review

Had this kettle now for 1.5 years and while I was happy with the design and functionality at the time it’s now starting to fail. The problems are a mix of the following faults which are occurring at random:

• Won’t turn off after reaching either boiling or pre-selected temperature • Won’t start when selected temperature setting is pressed • Turns off within seconds of turning off

These faults have been slowly increasing for the past 3-4 months. Given this I suspect that the kettle may fail completely in the not-too-distant future which is not a positive for a $75-$100 kettle. I will provide a further update if that occurs

...........................................................................................................................

3 month Review

Functionality • Easy to use • Power Cord length – approx. 60cm

Time to boil to 100*C 0.5L – 1:12 1L - 2:59 1.5L – 4.12 (note that if setting at a lower temperature the times would be less)

Pricing and Value for Money - At the time of review (Mar 2024) this has been seen selling for between $72-$99 so shop around. This price ranges places it in the mid-range of electric kettles and at the low $70’s and given its features represents good value for money.

Warranty – 2 years

Instructions – Easy to understand

Look and Feel - Matt black with chrome buttons and spout. Contemporary look.

Positives • Various present temperature levels dependent on the type of desired beverage • Subtle ‘beep’ to indicated desired temperature has been reached and when the kettle is left up off the base.

Negatives • Not a long power cord so needs to be close to power outlet • Can at times flick hot water droplets onto hand when opening lid if refilling straight after it has boiled.

After 14months of use the following faults are occurring at random - • Won’t turn off after reaching either boiling or pre-selected temperature • Won’t start when selected temperature setting is pressed • Turns off within seconds of turning off

Suggested improvements • At least another 20-30cm of power cord

3 Month Review With further use I have since deducted 1 star as within a month of use and after the initial review above was submitted, I have noticed that the silver paint is coming off the most used buttons, see attached photo of the 'Black Tea 100*C' button. Similar for the 'Green Tea 70*C' button which are the two settings we use.

pouring, the design considerations shine through, making it a joy to use daily.

Key Features and Performance:

Pros: 1. Design: The kettle's metal body and black finish give it a modern look that fits well in contemporary kitchens. 2. Build Quality: It feels sturdy and durable, suggesting a design that prioritizes longevity. User Experience: With intuitive controls and a clear volume indicator, it is designed for ease of use. 3. Noise Level: The operation is notably quiet, with a discreet beep signaling when it begins and finishes boiling, an aspect likely appreciated in a busy household. 4. Functionality: Multiple temperature settings and a keep-warm feature provide versatility, catering to various preferences for hot beverages.

Cons: 1. Labeling Durability: Some issues with the durability of the kettle's button labels have been observed, which will affect its appearance over time, you will have to memorize the temperatures. 2. Sleep Mode Activation: Reactivating the kettle from sleep mode requires an extra step, potentially a minor inconvenience for some users.

Despite its appealing design and functionality, the Russell Hobbs Addison Digital Kettle presents a few areas for improvement. The potential durability issue with the labeling is a concern that could impact its aesthetic appeal in the long term. Additionally, the requirement to press a button twice to wake the kettle from sleep mode before boiling could be seen as a slight usability oversight.

Overall, if you're in the market for a new kettle, the Russell Hobbs Addison Digital Kettle should be at the top of your list. Its pros far outweigh the cons, making it a worthy addition to any kitchen. Stylish, functional, and built to last, this kettle not only meets but exceeds expectations, offering a premium experience for tea and coffee lovers alike.

My only negative is the amount of buttons and beeping (every time I lift the kettle to fill) - this is merely nitpicking but being able to turn off any of those beeps would be ideal. The same for the LED lighting which I understand is to identify temperature range required, most people would be satisfied with just boiling function but admittedly is handy being able to bring water to different temperatures (not something we use in our household)

My current electrical kettle gets used almost every hour to make tea. I drink a lot of tea. French Earl Grey loose leaf! This matte black kettle is double walled without a visible element and stainless steel interior. I really like that. It feels like it is a quality… Read more

kettle. I am not a fan of black appliances due to finger prints so that was a negative.

I cannot understand why you need to keep hot water hot, the main feature of this kettle. What am I missing out on in my life not needing to do this? Using expensive electricity to keep kettle water hot for two hours just makes no sense to me. I would prefer to boil the exact amount of water I need each time as water under boiling point makes a terrible cup of tea.

The boiling sound level is louder than my basic kettle. I timed how long the Russell Hobbs kettle took compared to my plastic Sunbeam kettle and the time was almost the same.

60°c and 70°c settings stayed at that temperature consistently. The 90°c 'Oolong' setting struggled and was around 82°c using my infra-red thermometer testing over a 30 minute period.

There is not a button to just boil water (see photo). To do this you click the black tea button. If you want to partially heat water, you have to turn off at the power point, or click any of the buttons or lift the kettle off the base. You need to read the instructions to know that. All the kettles I have used in the past have an off button.

The base unit is not designed well. Only two rubber/silicone feet that kept falling off. There should have been another one or two to stop the base from moving sideways (see photo). That was annoying.

Being able to wind the cable to the required length is handy although the cable is not very long, measuring 66cm.

I like the sleep mode feature to save power. I usually turn my kettle off at the power point after every use.

The two year warranty is a bonus. Nice looking kettle with features many people will never use. Matt black shows marks.

Kettle that ticks all the boxes! – We've only had this kettle for a couple of weeks but I can testify that it's amazing! I love the feature of boiling water at different temperatures depending on whether you're boiling for green tea, black tea, coffee etc.... this is quite a unique feature and suits us really well. It's also quite when it boils, Russell Hobbs have really put a lot… Read more

of thought into this kettle during their design process.

The aesthetic of the kettle is very sleek and modern, we have an industrial style home so the kettle has fit in very nicely but it would also suit other styles too.

It's also not bulky, so if you have a smaller kitchen, it won't take up much bench space at all!

This kettle definitely ticks all the boxes and something we will use for many years to come, and in saying that, we would highly recommend this kettle to anyone looking for a new one!

Overall a good kettle in the mid price range – Very light weight. Easy to use and has alot of options for the temperature of the water. It did take a long time to boil. 5 minutes from cold to get to 100°c. It also feels a bit cheap. However its been easy to clean and I found it to be quiet when using. I would happily recommend to anyone needing a new kettle in the midrange price point. Show details

A nice looking kettle with many options – We have been using the Russell Hobbs Addison Digital Kettle for a few weeks now and our experience has been pleasant. It's a stylish looking metal kettle with a black finish, a solid but light build, is easy to use and has all the functions you need. It pours nicely, is easily filled and has a quiet beep when operating the kettle or once it has… Read more

boiled. The front buttons light up blue and there is a clear volume gauge on the front.

I can only compare it to my old Westinghouse kettle and I found it to have almost identical boiling times at maximum heat setting, the same 1.7L capacity and the Addison is noticeably quieter with a muffled sound. I also found that the Addison did get quite hot on the outside but not as hot as the old Westinghouse and won't burn unless you leave you hand there for an extended time.

When comparing the measured water temperature to the stated temperature all measurements were quite accurate within 3 Degrees C. Boiling times with 1.5L of water is around 5min to 100dC, 3min to 90dC and 2min to 70dC. I didn't think I would find myself using the different temperature settings but I've found it very handy and now no longer have to put as much milk in my tea or coffee to cool it down. The kettle also has a handy keep warm function which heavy coffee and tea drinkers will find handy.

The main issue I found with the kettle so far was some of the white label coming off. I don't know if it was scratched or a product issue. I guess more usage and time will tell. One annoying thing is when the kettle is in sleep mode you can't simply press a temperature button to start boiling. You have to press a button twice. Once to wake up the kettle and once to start it boiling.

Over all I do like the Russell Hobbs Addison Digital Kettle and would recommend it. It's still early days and hopefully it lasts longer than some of the other different branded digital kettles my relatives have used.

Pros: -Stylish -Good functional design -Easy to use -Quiet -Lots of different function/options

Cons: - A small bit of labeling has come off - Need to press buttons twice to start it boiling

Just as easy to use as a normal kettle – My previous kettle was a matte black Russel Hobbs kettle, which was still going strong after almost 2 years. I had never used an electric kettle before and I was rather surprised by how light it is. It’s so easy to use, there’s different temps for different teas. I drink black coffee and I like it hot so I use the black tea setting. Super… Read more

straight forward to use, turn it on, push the button for the option you’d like and once there’s a blue ring around it, it does what it has to do. Just as easy as using a standard kettle. The keep warm function I've only used a couple of times when needing warm water for baking. But it keeps it warm, it does its job!

The level of house is pretty average, it’s about as noisy as the last one which isn’t loud but not quiet. I’ve attached a video for you to form your own opinion.

But overall I do like it and do recommend! The sleek black is perfect and fits in with everything else in my kitchen.

A lot of settings for boiled water – The first thing I noticed with this kettle is how it looked plastic and does not give off a quality appearance. The settings were easy to understand and for myself were overboard having different settings for different types of tea. I tried the Keep Warm Function but decided it was easier to just boil the kettle again when required as it did not… Read more

take long to do so and the boiling kettle was not loud. The side gauge made it easy to see the water level. I did find that the pouring spout was larger then I was use to and I overfilled my cup a couple of times until I got use to it. The kettle would certainly do the job required and would suit those who like different types of tea at the required temperature settings.

Discover the Amazing Kettle That Does More Than Just Boil Water! – The Russell Hobbs kettle surprised me with its versatility beyond just boiling water. Initially, the array of features seemed overwhelming, but its simplicity and stylish design quickly impressed me. The appliance offers five temperature settings, catering to everyone's preferences. with the coffee setting. The keep warm function is handy, allowing you to keep the kettle on standby if you're momentarily called away. I was particularly pleased with how light the kettle is, even when full of water. The swivel base makes it easy to place and lift. As someone with arthritis in my hands, I found it manageable and convenient to use. The illuminated buttons add a special touch, making it feel like a high-end product without a steep learning curve. Upon filling it for the first time, I appreciated the large cavity, which eliminated any awkwardness during refills. The wide spout allows for generous and easy pouring. With a 1.7L capacity, it's ideal for both entertaining and busy families. The temperature settings, ranging from 70-100°C, cater to various beverages such as Green Tea, White Tea, Oolong Tea, Coffee, Black Tea, and the Keep Warm function. Compared to our previous kettle, this one is remarkably quiet, highlighting its efficiency. Russell Hobbs has truly considered everyone's needs in creating this product, showing that a kettle can do much more than expected. I highly recommend this product.

Pros: * Wide range of temperature settings for different beverages. * Simple push-button action with illuminated buttons. * Light and easy to lift, with a convenient swivel base. * Wide opening for easy filling. * Wide spout for easy pouring. * Extremely quiet operation. * Fast boiling. * Stylish design with an easy-to-clean matte finish. * A lovely display item for any kitchen.

Cons: * None; could not find any faults.

Clearly the best kettle I have ever owned – Who would have thought boiling water could have so many options! This is a really good kettle with some interesting options. Various temperature settings allow for the perfect cuppa every time. From 100 degrees Celsius for black tea, down to 70 degrees for Green Tea and settings in between for White Tea, Oolong Tea and coffee, this is the first… Read more

kettle I have seen that allows the prefect temperature for any sort of hot drink!

There is also a clever additional setting to keep the water warm and save time when I next want to have a hot drink.

With the kettle looking smart on the bench as well, this is clearly the best kettle I have ever owned.
