You will be lucky to get 10 minutes sucking time. Initially I thought, maybe its a new battery issue, but on further investigation into numerous review sites, it’s just what it is. This item was a huge disappointment. I have a small kitchen and thats all it will vacuum before the battery dies. And the battery takes hours to recharge, much longer than run time, that’s for sure. I would not recommend this item to anyone. Quite the opposite, Id warn them not to bother because basically it is a pointless stick vacuum. Definitely not value for money.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I can not accept that you are saying the stick vac isn’t running as it should. I brought it brand new…. Referencing numerous review websites,and my own experience , it seems the lack of run time and great dissatisfaction is a common problem. Or are you saying this is a common issue and something I should accept as a victim of false advertising and request my money back? This is NOT a single person issue, this is actually a common complaint, if you took the time to read your own product reviews you might even take the product off sales because it does not live up to what it is advertised to do. 10-15 mins ( at best ) run time is not what is advertised. This stick vacuum is a scam sale and not worth even half the cost. Why are they still being sold? Thats the question that needs to be answered, not you recommending that I request a refund/ exchange. Exchange it for what? The same incompetent device that no matter what way you spin it, will still be unfit for purpose…? Your company wasted my time and messed me around having to chase up a refund on a falsely advertised stick vacuum. Again, I highly recommend people DONT purchase this product.
