No air fryer only grill – Bought this item for the air fryer feature, but came to realize there is no air frying, just the same old grill like all the other grills I had. .very dissappinted

Heat is wrong – I took it back to the little regional electrical store I purchased it from. After 3 weeks I went to see what was happening - They had decided that my oven temp gauge was wrong, that theirs was correct, that the oven was fine. They did not check the air fryer part which has no controlled temperature but also burns anything put in it. I also just found that the store kept my receipt! Show details

Very disappointing product – Very disappointing product. One of the pans stained on first use and I can’t get the stains out. The food burns on the top and is raw underneath. Incredibly hard to clean and food gets caught in the door. Show details

Highly Disappointing Appliance – I thought of purchasing this as it was multifunctional and I had never used an air fryer before. The air fryer function is slow to heat and temperature and time gauges are not accurate. We ended up using it to make toast mostly due to the slowness of the air fryer. effectively . The quality of the metal is so poor that it burns easily if cooking juices falls on to it. Even covering it with foil does not help. Crumbs get caught in the door opening making it hard to clean. A real waste of money do not buy !! More work than it is work.

bad choice – this oven is ok but not what i thought the bottom of oven gets dirty so putting foil on cook rack defeats the purpose of air fry as the bottom of the food doesnt get the air i regret buying this and will buy one with a drawer or a bigger one with a rotiusserie

Cannot Believe it ! – This Air Fry Crisp’Bake Toaster oven was gifted to me as a Xmas present in 2020. As I had done before, I put chicken in the oven and the top bar of the oven caught fire. I always clean after use to ensure there is no fat or bits left over even though cleaning it is a nightmare Not happy and not fair to the people who gifted it to me.  Show details
