I purchased a Ryobi OGS1820 in 2020. Has been working really well, but when I used it on the weekend, I was lucky I had good quality gloves, or I would have lost a piece of my thumb. I picked up off ground by the handle and it started straight away. I then noticed that the safety latch on the switch does not auto reset. The spring for the switch is not pushing the switch far enough out for the safety latch to lock into place. Has anyone else had this issue?
