We had trouble with the springs on the mop head and contacted Sabco who arranged for a replacement head to be sent free of charge. Great customer service in relation to this problem and very prompt in sending the replacement part within 5 business days.
Good mop, good service, slightly bad longevity – I purchased this around 18+ months ago from bunnings. The sales rep happened to be in the aisle while trying to figure out which mop to buy, and took some time to promote this one to me. It was just used at home, on polished tiles and timber floors, and now on hybrid timber and matt ceramic tiles. I didn't like it on the polished tiles and went back to a steam mop for those.
Overall very happy with it - it cleans well, the water clearly dirty by the time it gets changed. It doesn't leave an excess of water which you don't want on hybrid flooring, or real timber.
Negative is only the longevity of the mop heads. The tabs holding it to the head rip too easily. Worst occasion was within three uses. It will last a bit longer, but once they start tearing, they will continue to do so. BUT: I also accept Sabco has been doing R&D to fix that. I understand Gen 2 is better, although not quite there yet, but will be.
Customer service is fantastic. I did have a part break on the bucket after 18+ months and contacted them to see if I could buy just that part and swap it out myself. They happily sent a complete part for no cost which didn't need disassembly for just the broken component. And when I gave feedback on the mop longevity they also sent two new cloths also.
Can't give 4.5 stars, and 4 stars is unfair

update March 2023: the mop heads are lasting much longer. Current mop might get thrown out from end-of-life rather than the tab ripping. :-)

Well done Sabco – Cleans the floor and the ceiling very well, rinses very well when the instructions are followed. By design it has a "Dry" side and a "Wet" side not a clean water side and a dirty water side as some comments suggest. The water needs to be changed when dirty just like any other mop which is to be expected. We asked Sabco if we could buy an extra handle section because of our high ceiling, they sent it at no cost. Well done Sabco.
