Fantastic Floating Mop

Takes the 'grunt' out of cleaning – When the box arrived I was wondering where the rest of the device was. Opened it up and the clever packaging was revealed. So easy to assemble and use. We've tried it in a variety of situations and it has worked very well in all situations except perhaps the Shower Glass, andI think that was my ineptness of using it. We were unsure of whether or not to try it on our expensive parquetry floors so we gave it a go. No problems at all, and I said to my wife 'this is the shiniest they've been for years.

Also tried it on tiles - just as good.

We really like the multi-functionality of the different 'heads' you can use and that are very easy to swap over.

Best part is though; it takes the 'grunt' out of cleaning and polishing.

Biggest waste of money – Biggest rip off I have ever seen. Doesn't do go at any speed, can't push as motor will stop. Quicker to get a 5 year old to mop the floor and they will clean it better to.

The more I use it the more I like it – I have to be honest, when I opened the box and assembled it I was disappointed. It looked like a toy. liquid sugar soap with a shot of cloudy ammonia mixed with water. Third I give a two meter square area of the floor a lite spray of cleaner and mop. If you let the mop do all the work it will take forever you have to help it along. The floor is dry within minutes and has a nice shine. The battery lasts a good while and the pads just rinse out. Unless you're expecting miracles you won't be disappointed.

No more back pain – I never write reviews for on line purchases but this will be my one exception. Love this mop, slides over surfaces easily, I don’t have to bend over, and it is effective. I did not expect it to work so well... exceeds my expectations – I have porcelain tiles which had a sealer applied when they were laid. Dirt constantly binds to this top layer and I have tried many cleaning products and floor treatments to counteract this but none have worked. pads created a great finished result. This whole process was so quick. I have always mopped the floor with a microfiber mop which also leaves the floor wet for up to an hour, but with the floating mop I am spraying the liquid (a spray bottle of water with a small amount of floor cleaner added) directly onto the pads (on tougher dirt I will spray directly on the floor) using the scrubbing or polishing pad, as required, and then I go over it with the microfiber pad and the floor is left almost dry (maybe 10 minutes drying time).

I quickly shared my approval with my sister who immediately went to the Global Shop site. I honestly didn't expect it to work as well as it does and I now have it permanently positioned in the corner of our Living room as a go-to for any mop ups.

Not what I expected – I received my floating mop today and let's just say, my experience is not like these reviews im reading. I feel I have to mop my floor first then use the floating mop. I have a lino floor and it really done nothing to clean it. I sprayed my pads and floor and I still see dirt on my floor. Rubbish product – I bought this mop just over a year ago so that I would not have to do the back breaking task of scrubbing my shower bay. The original scrubbing pads supplied with product lasted three weeks. The handle of the product is not sturdy. The mop does not scrub as per description by seller. BRILLIANT – No more carrying around buckets and filling them with water and having to push them around whilst mopping. The floating mop is so easy to use. I’m loving doing the mopping now. This has been one of my best purchases hands down.

Online service company rating – GSD is the slowest on-line delivery supplier that I have experienced. I do use Catch, Myer and Amazon - all are far more efficient with order to delivery times.

Robust mop – High quality mop head, handle and pads. Many uses around the house. I cleaned the windows, tiled floors and skirting boards on one charge. The fibre pads can be swapped around in seconds. I am very impressed with this mop. Show details

Absolutely useless!! – Please don’t waste your money!! Using on a (small) brand new bathroom and kitchen floor this is absolutely useless!! Won’t pick up a speck of dirt, fluff or a single dog hair and after the third use the pads are shedding all over the floor as well!! could go - well it goes nowhere except around and around on the floor which I then have to sweep and mop with my 20 year old Enjo mop to get it clean!!!
