Mutton dressed up as lamb – Paid $115 for the mop pole. They have changed it from a top quality device to an 'el cheapo' run-of-the-mill mops. I didn't buy one of their mop/duster things. At $90...y'know, I mean you've gotta be kidding...right?! I should have bought one of the Sabco Super Swish mops. $73 for the whole thing; that is, the mop itself and a good anti-bac… Read more

duster. And its build quality is way, way better than the Enjo number. Check it out here: - https://www.cleaningshop.com.au/contents/en-us/d450.html I sincerely regret my purchase.

LG Cord Zero ThinQ . I have had this machine for 5 years now and it has proved itself. I'm not sure if there is a newer model. I bought the package with stand, spare battery and floor washer. The floor washer is ideal for tiles. I spray a disinfectant after vacuuming. The pads absorb the water and go straight into the washing machine. The… Read more ·  2

bagless vacuum is a delight with a new carpet. The pile is still shedding fluff so being bagless I'm not up for endless bags. Occasionally I have to manually clear the inlet with some chopsticks. The fluff comes out easily. The kit came with a stand and a spare battery. So I can easily vacuum for 30-45minutes on turbo. The filters can be cleaned easily. Currently $799 at HN store This unit replaced the Dyson. Although a good machine it didn't have the tiled floor attachments

I don't think they clean very well. A traditional mop works better. The enjo mop is ok for a light mop to gather the dust in a home, but it does not removed marks from a floor. Today the mop handle snapped in half, which I see from other reviews is a common experience. these things are expensive. I would not recommend.

Mums best friend – Great, easy to use & perfect for busy mums on the go. I am so happy to have this in my household as it’s an all in one cleaner that requires no chemicals for an everyday or deep clean. Perfect for those hard to reach places and the dreaded build up of dust we usually can’t get too. Would highly recommend. Show details ·  1

Easy to Use, works well, chemical free, affordable – I am very impressed with the ENJO floor cleaner. It is VERY easy to use and works really well! I love the fact all you need is water, making it affordable. It also means there is no harsh chemicals around my family and small children! The adjustable height is good to prevent sore backs and I love that you can wash the fibre cloths in the washing machine (something you can't do with a generic mop). Highly reccomend the Enjo Floor Cleaner. Show details ·  1

Transformed how I clean my floors! – The ENJO Floor Bundle is a fantastic eco-friendly cleaning solution. With just water, the fibers remove dirt and grime effectively, leaving floors spotless without harsh chemicals—safe for kids and pets. Love this product !! – I got the floor bundle just over a month ago, and I absolutely love it! Works 1000x better then the spray mops I was using prior - which only lasted 6 months. This mop is such good quality yet still light weight. Easy to use and the micro fibre cloths have my floors sparkling. Highly recommend the floor bundle I will have this for years, and I… Read more ·  1

love it even more knowing I no longer need to buy any cleaning products - uses only water, sounds crazy but you will be so shocked like I was with how effective & clean your floors are after using.

My investment in Enjo back then has paid off – Many years ago a neighbour invited me over for an Enjo demonstration. Like me, she had beautiful timber floors and we were both keen to see the Enjo floor package in action. The price of the floor package took my breath away, but having seen how good my neighbour's floors looked, I dipped into my savings and bought the set. My investment paid off!… Read more ·  1

More than a decade later, the Enjo floor package is still part of my regular cleaning routine. Actually, I use it a few times a week to help keep my house clean. Both of the fibre pads are still in good useable condition and the mop itself is perfectly intact. I have been looking into replacing the fibres, but the 2024 cost puts me off, especially after reading through the most recent reviews.

I've used mine for over ten years – I bought my Enyo floor cleaner with two pads. One for dusting wood floors and another for cleaning laminate. Using the S-pattern to clean I get the floor cleaned easily. If your floors are dusty and full of pet hair, vacuum first. If very dirty, spray water on the floor and leave it to soak off the grime for 10 mins. Only use warm water, no… Read more ·  1

chemicals. Downside is that your pad may get too dirty if you've not cleaned for a few weeks, so vac n spray first, and you may have to handwash cloth to keep going.

Enjo mop – Very disappointment in the enjo mop, specifically the pole. I have had it replaced once only for the same issue to happen. The pole won’t extend. Way too expensive and wouldn’t recommend. So many cheaper options that do the job

Won’t buy Enjo again – The black plastic pole part attached to the mop head snapped in half. Contacted Enjo and they told me I need to buy a new one. I won’t be spending $130 for another one! Seems like it’s a manufacturing fault as there are quite a few other people experiencing the same problem

Worst Purchase I have ever used – I have used enjo since 204 and in the last 12 months we have changed the flooring to ,tiles so i purchased the blue mop that did nothing in the way of cleaning my floor I am very disappointed with the product as the cost was $100.00 last year and it did not clean my floor at all. I will never buy enjo again Since I posted this review I was… Read more

contacted by Enjo and a consultant came to my house and said my tiles were not shiny????? and i did not use enough water( I have been using ENJO since 2004 ??. Then I received a phone call from Enjo who said I purchased the product in march 2017 which was right it was my mistake. This person doubted that I had originally bought a lot of their products in 2004.I was made to feel like I was trying to get at them. I have only just retired , I had my own business for 27years and was a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Office. My interity has never been questioned. I dont want anything to do with ENJO in the future.

Not as good as the original as beautifully stated by another unhappy Enjo purchaser – I bought the original Enjo floor pole and cleaning fiber for oiled floors many, many years ago. Also the dusting and bathroom hand mitts. I recently thought I would upgrade the floor fiber as they now say it should be replaced every 3 years. Not so. My old floor fiber runs rings around the new replacement. The original was wet thoroughly with… Read more

water, rung out, then off one went. It took a little time to dry but the result was excellent. The new is supposed to work by spraying water on the fiber. Really hard work and I eventually wet the floor thoroughly to reduce the friction between fiber and floor surface. My only assumption is that when you produce a product that is almost indestructible (think original Corning Ware), you eventually reduce the quality to increase sales. My original floor pole has stood the test of time, as have the original fibers. I will not be replacing every 3 years. Sadly dear Enjo, you have lost a customer.

Dissapointing Customer Service from Enjo – I had this mop for 2 weeks when the pole snapped. I emailed enjo to let them know what had happened, so they asked me to take pictures and email as evidence, fair enough so I did that. Was that good enough for them? No they then wanted me to send the whole mop back at for me to pay for the postage. I said to them sorry it’s a long pole how on… Read more

earth do I send that back? Having to go out of my way to Australia post to send a product which lasted two weeks? I just in the end came to the conclusion that it was my money down the drain. Enjo products are so over priced, and this mop is entirely overrated, I ended up purchasing a Sabco spray mop and the results are just the same as what the Enjo was. In saying this the whole customer service dissatisfaction I would never purchase a highly over priced product from them ever again. That reminds me to unsubscribe from their annoying emails!

Really surprised at how well it works – I bought the Enjo cloths on a whim and being really impressed with them, I decided to purchase the floor mop and pads. It is a lot of money to outlay for a mop, however they do a brilliant job of my floors. My floors are clean, streak free and best of all, they take no time to clean and dry. No more lugging a mop and bucket around my home. … Read more

The mop itself is well made, sturdy and seems to be really good quality with a height adjustable handle. Since Enjo offer a 30 day money back guarantee, I really feel like you have nothing to lose by purchasing this mop.

A great mop that picks up all the dust and cleans like a dream – I bought this mop out of desperation. We recently had wooden floors laid and the dust and dirt were driving me crazy. Small scratches started appearing on the first day despite the polishing. A friend of mine had the Enjo mop which she bought 12 years ago and said it was the best thing she had ever bought. I gave hers a test run and it was… Read more

great. I have been very happy with the purchase so far. It picks up dust and dirt like a dream which will minimise the small scratches on the wooden floor I am sure. It also cleans really well. I can't really comment on the build quality of the mop itself or compare it to the original, but I have found the height to be just perfect (I am quite tall) and I have found it glides beautifully. To me, it feels pretty solid in my hand. I did notice that the duster didn't clip in as smoothly as my friends, but I put that down to it being new. Time will tell I guess on the build quality. I do hope Enjo listens to the below commenter because if there has been such a decline in quality, that would be incredibly disappointing. For now, though, I am very happy.

Outstanding – Mine was purchased in Nov 16 and that model must have been 'the old version' (see the previous review) because it is perfect. Best mop I have ever owned, ease of use and handling, exchanging the floor fibres without having to use my hands and it cleans fantastically and chemical free. There is nothing not to love about it.

Disappointingly Downgraded – I have a client who has the original version of this mop. I use it once a week to clean her floors. It is the BEST MOP I HAVE EVER USED. Functionality was high, quality was outstanding - the most robust, well designed, well built mop I've ever seen. So good, I thought nothing of throwing $100 at the opportunity of owning my own. But when my new… Read more

mop arrived, it came with a rude shock. They'd changed the design. They didn't upgrade the design, like you might expect when a company changes the design. No. They significantly downgraded it. The plastic clip that on the original was very solid and was a one way clip (one way is open, the other way is closed) was replaced with a flimsy two way clip that requires one to not only to click it open, but then to click it back the other way to close it - it gets locked up. A LOT. And is very fiddly to open and close, and the flimsy plastic just makes maneuvering it all the more awkward. It's just rubbish. Particularly when the original design was... dare I say... perfect. Why would you change something that was perfect? I suspect the reason can be sniffed out by investigating the new "cheap plastic" that the mop is made of. Thinner, weaker, clearly significantly cheaper to manufacture than the original plastic. The quality difference is glaringly obvious. Performance is of course significantly impacted by the new cheapskate materials and astoundingly huge back step in functionality of the design. On a weekly basis, for the past few years, I have have the insult of my unfortunate purchase slap me in the face as I pull out the original version of the Enjo Mop to clean my client's floor. Every single week since I bought this mop I have pondered what on earth possessed Enjo to take such a huge back step in quality, and I have sorely regretted ever bothering to fork out such a ridiculous amount of money for a trumped up bit of cheap plastic that rides on the reputation of its fabulous but now extinct predecessor. Never have I spent so much time regretting a purchase of a cleaning product. But then again, I've been comparing the two on a weekly basis for the past few years. My analysis never changes. Enjo's new mop is crap, and I've never bought another Enjo product again based solely on their decision to forfeit quality for profit.

Yes, it mops the floor. But it doesn't do it any better than any other cheap mop you can pick up for $20 at the local supermarket. The OLD version, on the other hand - the one you can't get anymore - that was OUTSTANDING. Shame they don't make them anymore, because I would have rated it ten stars out of five. Don't waste your money here :)
