The all-in-one Clean Station is super convenient no more dust flying everywhere when emptying the bin. Battery life is decent too, and it looks sleek sitting in the corner, not bulky like most vacuums. It’s a bit pricey, but honestly, the quality and convenience make it worth it. Thanks! Show details ·  1

I have the black one with all the attachments and have had it for a few years now. It’s not a bad vac in regards to stick vacs. You can never beat a corded bagged Miele in my opinion but this isn’t a bad vacuum for in between deeper cleaning. It’s light and easy to grab for a quick clean ups. I love the canister section is clear and you can see… Read more

how full it is. Works better on hard floors than carpet. Battery lasts well enough for the size of my house although now I am finding I have to vacuum on max power to try to pick up the pet hair off carpets. Lucky it comes with another battery. It comes with a stand that you can empty your dust into which lasts about two months. The only way you know it is full is by opening it to look as there is no indicator. It only comes with three dust bags. The floor cleaner works ok. Again it’s a quick and easy in between proper mopping. I don’t fill the water canister as it doesn’t last long enough and I just spray the floor as I go with a trigger bottle. You would probably have to buy another set of cleaning pads. The crevice tool is good as it bends to get into window crevices but feels a bit flimsy.l Overall I recommend as a secondary vacuum for quick in between clean ups.

Just avoid this vacuum and Samsung in general. The plastic neck where you connect your different heads to is an extreme weak point already, so we have babied this and instead a TINY plastic clip just start to break off over 2+ years under normal use. The item is still under warranty but Samsung is trying to charge me for the repair saying it is… Read more

physical damage?!?!?? Are you kidding me?!?!

If a tiny plastic clip breaks after 2 years of use that is considered physical damage from Samsung's point of view but under Australian Consumer Law it sure as hell is not.

I called Australian Consumer Affairs / Fair Trading to see if I was covered and they assured me I was under Australian Consumer Law yet Samsung's customer service is just non existent and insists this is their final decision.

Just as a bit of FYI, I'm an engineer and this part is a weak point and designed to fail, being such a thin and brittle part and made of plastic..... this was going to happen even with normal use.

Samsung obviously has told the technicians they refer you to to try and blame it on physical damage whenever possible and they are attempting to do this right now.

So I'll be taking this to Australian Consumer Protection / Fair Trading.

This isn't the first time Samsung has tried to screw me over either and I've taken them to the same above department (and won), it is just their customer service is TERRIBLE and apparently (this is according to fair trading directly) Samsung has had a change in upper management and just flat out refuses to acknowledge fault, so all blame is put on the customer.

This is why I'll be avoiding Samsung all together from now on and suggest others do the same.

Not as good as I expected – This vacuum was supposed to be an upgrade to my old Dyson V6. What attracted me was the auto empty feature. However, overall it is not worth is. The auto empty feature does not work very well, often I have to attempt it 3-4 times, then manually loosen the contents to try get it out. The biggest problem however is the Jet Dual Brush head, even… Read more

though it works well, it is extremely difficult to push around. I dread using it, whereas I enjoyed using the Dyson. The 2 things I hated about the Dyson was emptying out the rubbish and having to hold the trigger constantly for it to work. Happy that the Samsung has a power button you only need to push once to turn it on. If Samsung could improve the power head to make it easier to push around I'd be much happier. When I compare the heads on both vacuums I see Dyson has 3 wheels behind the head (making it easy to push), Samsung only has 1.

Great suction but very loud! – This vacuum has great suction for a stick which means I hardly ever use our regular barrel vacuum. Seems to pick-up most things up to wall edges which is good. Other stick vaccs have constantly got hair stuck in the head that needed to be cleaned out often; this Samsung doesn't! The automatic emptying is very handy but now we have bags to deal… Read more ·  1

with which isn't so good. Other negatives are; its hard to manoeuvre on carpet and rugs which hurts my back and shoulders. It's also very loud like the rubber blades are hitting inside the head.

Samsung customer service is atrocious and no existent – Ordered one of these vaccums afew weeks ago from the official Samsung Australia website. Paid my money and then it asked me to book delivery which I did for the following week on Thursday. Thursday morning I received a message from the ANC delivery company saying the delivery cannot take place because the product wasn't available to be picked up… Read more

from the Samsung warehouse in Melbourne. I rang Samsung call centre who are based overseas. They had a look and told me that the vaccum has not arrived in the warehouse yet. I asked how long she told me within 24 hours someone will call you to rearrange another delivery date. Next day no contact. I rang back they told me I will need to wait 10 business days for someone to contact me to tell me when delivery can be arrange. I told them to cancel the order and get a refund. They told me refund will take up to 28 days.. Absolutely disgusted in the complete lack of service Samsung provided to their customers. I have learnt a big lesson and that lesson is no more Samsung products for me and no more online orders for me either. Save yourself heartache and time and go into a physical store and buy yourself a product from a reputable company.

Can not believe I've gone so long without one! – This vacuum is one of a kind! How I have gone this long in life without it, I will never know. From vacuuming, to mopping, self cleaning and charging station this thing does it all! Comes with a complete set of different heads and extenders aswell as disposable mopping pads for use. Used on tiles and carpet in the vacuum settings, suction even on… Read more ·  1

minimum setting, mopping on tiles was incredible! Even better is when you are finished, all you have to do is slide it onto the charging/self cleaning station and it will dispose of the picked up mess at the click of a button, with a detachable dust bag that only needs removing and replacing after 3 months (more if you're like me and don't get a lot other than dust!) You will not regret getting your hands on one of these! It's a little on the pricey side but absolutely worth it!

Much better then Dyson – I have to stay this was the best purchase we ever made, we did consider Dyson V15 but this vaccum puts Dyson on shelf. The only bad thing is the height for the tools support. Show details ·  1

Best thing for the old rug – I went over the rug in the Dyson first and then went over it with the new Samsung. It filled the canister with pet hair and dust, that the dyson just could never touch. I love the new vac and has made a massive difference with pet hair Show details ·  1

Many great features – **final update - I honestly can't recommend this product: a couple of uses after the last repair, the sprayer on the mop stopped working again. Customer service is very very helpful, I can't fault them for that, but it is just an ongoing annoyance. Tomorrow I have to go drop the whole unit back in at a service centre and be without a vacuum for… Read more

who knows how long, even though it is just the mop this time that is the issue (I have asked for a replacement this time, which they have said they will do). If I had just purchased it as a vac, it would be ok, but the mop is no good.

** update after 2 years - have found the mop unreliable. On several occasions now it has stopped working. At one point it was booked with Samsung for pick up to be repaired or replaced and then it suddenly started working again so I cancelled the pick up. It has since stopped working again and while I find time to organise something I have had to revert back to the old mop and bucket. Additionally, there is something wrong with the main vacuum head now - still ok on carper, but not on wooden floors. Whilst I still love the concept, it has not been problem free, so next one, I think we will try a different brand.

We have had this for about a month now. It was replacing a hoover stick vac with the intention of also replacing a corded dyson. There's lots I really love about it. It's a neat design, and the integrated clean station which empties the bin is great. It's very light and manoeuvrable, with the head being low enough to fit under most things (although not quite our couch - our old one didn't either. One of the attachments does though). The suction is really good, the display, which tells you how much time is left, is easy to read, and easy to adjust up or down in suction strength. It works well on both our wooden floors and our carpet (although it probably doesn't fully replace a corded vac on the carpet, but maybe I only need to get the corded vac out once a month or so, so does do a good job and is a time saver in that regard). We love that it has a power mop - we have a lot of wooden flooring, and this is great. Probably the main negative is that for me, the handle is not quite as ergonomically pleasing as it could be, or as our old Hoover. It just feels slightly uncomfortable to me, although it doesn't bother my husband. The only other criticism or question I have about the design is that the vacuum itself has a clear barrel for the collection of dirt, but the clean station uses bags. I don't know why it doesn't also have a clear barrel. I haven't had to deal with bags in relation to vacuums for years and I would rather not now!

Watch your back Dyson – Dyson, years ago, finally decided to sell a stand for their stick vacuum which was the number one reason I did not want to buy into the stick vacuum's as most everyone that has one has cracks and dings due to not being able to stand up. Dyson had the stands but only for display until they decided to sell them as well. That kept my wife and I happy… Read more ·  1

for a while but never fulfilled. My wife after 3.5 years of using the V11 was never ever able to empty it because of her fingernails did not allow her to press the release button. We needed something easier. After 4 Dysons we wanted a vacuum that emptied itself as well as stood up after cleaning. After looking at the LG Cord Zero, we were not very impressed with the price and the bulkiness. Samsung have stepped into a space with utter professionalism and grace with their amazing Samsung bespoke jet. This thing is incredible as its air wattage is just under the high priced Dyson V15 and well above everything else. So it's got power. BUT better yet, when you take it off the stylish barrel holder it has an on/off button with simple up or down suction button so no need to hold the trigger (Dyson's Achilles). The stick easily extends to full length. THEN when you are done you place it back on the barrel and push a button which vacuums out the vacuum itself into a self contained bag inside the barrel. When that is full you simply take the full bag out and replace it with a new one. Better yet, it is quieter than the Dyson's. Priced just under the Dyson V15 which is always priced at another $100 for every new V model they release, this is not only a good price but the most thought through vacuum I have ever ever used. Well done to a great brand like Samsung to take on the giant Dyson at its own game and take first place. We bought the Samsung Bespoke Jet in midnight blue complete. When I say complete they give you every single attachment you can imagine plus 2 batteries so you cannot run out of power. Amazing...Amazing...Amazing Samsung!

Absolute game changer! – Our first stick vac and WOW what a game changer!! We had no idea vacuuming would be this fun or easy! We arrived at Harvey Norman fully prepared to buy a robo vac. us have a test drive and we were sold! My fiancé who despises vacuuming with all her heart instantly fell in love.

As someone with 2 herniated discs and bad sciatic pain this vacuum could not be easier on your body. It glides over both carpet and hard floors and requires almost no effort. It’s a smidge heavy in the hand but that’s only as we have never had a stick vac before and are just used to a ‘hollow’ handle per say.

We are now fighting to use the vacuum. Build quality and fit and finish is excellent as expected at this price point.

2 batteries is a massive plus, we are able to vacuum our 22sq house on ‘med’ power with 4 minutes remaining and another fully charged battery ready to insert. It is also incredibly quite and sounds like someone is vacuuming on the other side of the house even though it’s right next to you.

It’s really a no brainer to buy this over the jet90 due to the auto emptying, extra battery, extra accessories which all add up to well over the cost of the bespoke jet bundle.

Long term I expect this vac to go the distance but time will tell, until then we are loving it!

Thanks Samsung!

OMG, this is amazing – I had vaccume with cord for years and it was always annoying to vaccume, but this is a magical tool. It takes 3 to 4 minutes to vaccume my apartment(used to take 20 minutes) and it's very easy to use. I'm lovin it. Show details

Decent vacuum cleaner – I've had the vacuum for a month and been using it in my tiles and carpet flooring. Suction is pretty decent, but it can't compare to a corded vacuum, which is expected. Pet Perfect Perfection – The Samsung bespoke jet pro is my third stick vacuum in 4 years. Having a golden retriever I needed something powerful - Best decision ever! This collects and cleans perfectly on slate floors. Certain it would work just as good on any floor surface! The jet setting also gives carpet such a deeper clean. The self clean function is also amazing. Show details

Dropping crumbs as an excuse to use this Vacuum – This vacuum has no issues on hard floor or tiles, sucks up larger hard objects with ease. On carpet it's a 9/10 will miss an object that's a little bit stuck in the carpet, I just hover over it with the vacuum for 3 seconds and that does the job. I like the fact that battery pacts are easy to swap, unlike dyson which was one of the things I hated.… Read more

My dyson battery died and I had to order a new one then unscrew and take off it was a bother that I shouldn't have had to do seeing I paid alot for my dyson. With samsung you get 2 batteries on purchase. That means you can have it on the highest setting while cleaning without rushing because as soon as the battery runs out just swap the battery packs easy and finish the house. I do a 2 story house on Max suction with 2 batteries. Something my dyson can't do. The suction head seems good no extreme hair tangling so far which is shocking because the v15 has designed anti tangle teeth to remove hair. Samsung doesn't have that so I'm not sure what they have done to keep the hair from tangling up, I notice a hair here and there wrapped around but it's not stuck in there. Let's talk about that stand, its amazing. Disappointing it doesn't have a blue light like the original bin for the jet 90 but that's a small complaint. This bin makes life so easy gone are the days of standing over the bin to carefully empty the dust container, just insert and it's empty. But you have to buy dust bags for the stand that's just another expense??? I haven't changed the dust bag since I bought it, 5 weeks ago so maybe it might use 6 - 10 bags a year. I think it's worth it considering the ease. Overall extremely happy 9.8/10.
