Samsung Bespoke Jet AI

I purchased this Samsung vacuum specifically because of the advertised "Self-Cleaning Station" The vacuum works but it does not "Self-Clean", therefore has to be emptied manually after each vacuum. Despite following all the care and maintenance instructions, this vacuum requires manually cleaning after every use. Samsung have video evidence of this continual malfunction, and after many phone calls to Samsung was told this "Self-Cleaning" vacuum is operating within the manufacturers specifications, which is clearly not true. It is basically false advertising. Totally defeats the purpose of having a "Self-Cleaning Station" If you are looking for something that reduces maintenance, save your money and buy something else. Very disappointing & frustrating follow up from Samsung.
