Samsung Duct S2+ R32 Series

So many issues!! – I paid nearly $12,000 for my ducted system to be installed at my new property in December 2023 and I’ve had nothing but countless issues and constant call-outs to my installer! The outside unit is so loud I’m surprised my neighbour hasn’t made a noise complaint - and considering it is supposed to be quiet as per brochure … ? The indoor unit in the roof is so loud it sounds like an aircraft sitting on the runway - no sleep in our house because of it! The temperature is not consistent upstairs to downstairs even though my installer put temp sensors in both floors! The wall controller has no functions other than mode and temperature - also not as promised via the brochure! The inverter stays on 24/7 in cool mode leaving upstairs freezing cold and downstairs boiling hot! I chose this system over the daikon system as it had more functions and seemed to be more economical - how wrong I was! I’m very very bitterly disappointed with spending so much money for a system that is totally unacceptable for the price I have paid- and I have just spent over 2hours on the phone with Samsung just to book a technician to come and inspect the system - a system that is 4 wks old!!!!
