Worst dishwasher. Has done nothing but give error codes from the week we got it. And now has a another error code and has flooded the kitchen. Had multiple people out to look at it, even the service guy from goodguys told us how bad they are. Ive been waiting weeks for goodguys to let me know how i can return it. They keep asking to come and take the machine away for a few weeks for it to be assessed. Have declined this since its been assessed twice by their techs. Dishwasher filter needs cleaning after each use, dishes always wet even with rinse aid. Terrible. So not waste your money. Buy a bosch.
Follow-up · After trying to resolve the issue with samsung, as the machine was less than one month old before we got our first error code, samsung advised us they are not willing to take the machine back and issue us a credit to replace the machine, they also advised us they would not send anyone back out without a fee as it was all “our fault”. They advised us it is user error, even though their service people at camtec told us the machines are notorious for having errors and faulting. We followed the user mannual to a T, and yet it still faults every time we use it. When their service people came out, they did was force clear the fault and say “all good”, then a day later it was faulting again. It now has completely faulted and will not work, leaks and floods the kitchen, this is after samsungs service people have been out. We have gotten go annoyed at their lack of customer service and their lack of willingness to accept they are selling faulty machines, we have gone out and replaced our machine with a new bosch and have thrown the less than 6 month old samsung machine out. We also noticed now suddenly the machines are on clearance everywhere (shock- they must have realised they are crap and have decided to stop making them) we will never shop with samsung ever again.

removed my old dishwasher since it needed a new logic board.. other than that it worked well for years. Replaced it with a new Samsung DW60M6055F. There have been some teething issues, but we have worked through them. 1) we bought it at a reasonable price. 2) we had some cleaning issues and a drainage issue. I then actually read the manual. Since then we stack the dishes according to the images in the manual (now cleaning properly), we clean filter more frequently and both drainage and cleaning improved. I place my utensils in the tray as picture in the manual, now cleaning properly, I found the middle tray was not seated into the back water channels properly.. as per manual instructions.. now cleaning better. We have had the dishwasher less than a year, and I was worried. The performance is now quite good and I will monitor progress. In the case of this dishwasher, I found reading and following the user manual helped significantly. Your experience may differ, I am satisfied so far with the dishwasher.

Do not buy – Samsung repair and the plumber have been to the house to try and get this fixed. It confused everyone. I give up. The machine claims a 4C error which is supposed to be water pressure. That has been discounted. The real problem is water in the bottom of the machine which seems to stop the machine. Usually several dishes have to be recleaned. don't buy this.
WORST DISHWASHER EVER – Never ever …. Never never ever will I buy a Samsung product again … we bought this dishwasher in February… it spent the first 3 months in the workshop constantly being taken back because it DOES NOT DRAIN …. There service has been disgusting … I have to wash the dishes before I put them in The dishwasher and I have to manually drain it …. Sometimes 5 times before I can use it …. Otherwise it leaks ….. everywhere ….. if I could afford it I would throw it in the recycling … SAMSUMG YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO SELL SUCH POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND THEN JUST SIT BACK AND DO NOTHING with your faulty poorly made products ….. DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER … if you value your sanity and your hard earned money ..

Worst dishwasher ever very bad customer service – We bought this dishwasher a few months ago. The filter and arms constantly get clogged. The water is recycled through the spray arms and tiny pieces of food get stuck. It doesn’t ever clean a load of dishes properly I have to pick tiny pieces of food out spray arms every time I wash. I’ve bought crappier dish washers before that have had amazing results compared to this. I’ve tried to reach out to them with my problem and they have told me I have broken it and gave me 40% off a fridge not even off a better model of dishwasher.
