Only having problems now after 6 years! – No problems til now. It takes forever to do a load as it keeps sensing the load is unbalanced and wont spin. Im currently looking for solutions to fix it. I've always hated that it wont unlock the door until 2 minutes after it finishes washing. Really frustrating when your in a hurry and totally unecessary. Saved heaps of water compared to top loader. Washes clothes cleaner too.

Terrible – Will never touch another Samsung. I'm busy looking at the reviews to find my next washing machine and looks like more money for a European one. The only good thing I can say it was quite economical on water. In four years we've been through three front door seals,one main belt replacement, two door catch mechanisms and finally the electronics has locked up. This is over $200.00 dollars/year on maintenance!

It jumps around the floor when spinning.

Cleaning the pump filter is OK when there's just lint in it but when a pair (bobby) pin got caught it's major surgery to get the filter apart - very poor design.

Chrome trim finish has come off and it really looks old, my previous Fischer and Paykel looked better after 9 years than this thing after four.

The Silver Nano wash was just advertising garbage.

Terrible – Forget this one. we've had it for 3 years. Looking around for something better.(won't be hard to find) Nan's old copper & wrigner would be better. Queit & water efficient Pump hose burst just after warranty & same time the door clip broke & couldn't get the clothes out. Fortunately we took extra cover.Have had to wait for over 3 weeks to get parts.Doesn't wash the clothes really well. Door is very hard to close. Would not recomend this machine at all.

Terrible – Give it a big miss if buying, our machine is 2yrs old and I have had enough it is junk. No customer service from Samsung, no compassion. I have just bought a Bosch, far better! The pump failed after 1 mth, door lever broke, adjustable foot broke at base, dances all over the floor when spinning unbalanced. Silver Nano is a gimmic. Chrome trim finish comes off.

Terrible – This is a second Samsung products I got. The first one is fridge which lasted for 5 years. The washing machina looks even worse. I won't buy another Samsung in my life time. Saving water Catch clothes between window on the rubber side, top panel crack, rubber belt broken just after 2 years warrant($69 for the belt) and now loud noice started somewhere inside the machine. I need to get either a trademan or a garbage collactor after 3 years use.
