Samsung stick Vacuum bought in 2023. Pros Looks fantastic and light to hold. The Vac can be rested against the wall as long as you leanit on something. Cons Unreliable. After 2 months the motor would start making a surging noise and then stop.Took it to be fixed under warranty. They kept it quite a while. Got it back and it worked OK. Two years… Read more

later,it has the exact same problem. Clearly, they didn't fix it properly initially or this is a problem with Samsung Vacs. The dust bag can be awkward to click off and put back on. You have to line up the dust bag exactly to click it back on. Sent a complaint to Samsung 5 days ago by email and haven't heard a thing back.

Comment Avoid Buying Samsung Vacuums as 2 years longevity of the product is not satisfactory.

Almost as good as a Dyson for a third of the price! – After paying big bucks for a Dyson that only lasted a few years I wanted something as good for a much better price. The Samsung Jet 60 Pet is honestly almost as good as the dyson used to be. Its light, easy to use with on/off and suction level buttons. Easy to store and charge, looks good and emptying is a breeze. My only disappointment has been… Read more ·  1

the battery life. I cant do my 3x2 in one go (I do admit im very meticulous) so might have to buy another battery. Great price too!

It's good when it works! – The vacuum is effective when it works. I've had issues with the battery since day one and absolutely no help through Samsung Warranty Centre. People forever tell you they're going to call you back and no one does. Very poor customer service from such a large company. Would definitely not recommend a Samsung vacuum based on my experience and reliability. Show details

Love love love – I love this vacuum, lasts long enough to do my 3 bedroom house. Gets a really good amount of dirt and dust everyday from tiles and carpet. I have 4 cats and there is very minimal hair around the house thanks to this vacuum. The whole unit is very light and easy to move around. 3 levels of suction from very light to heavy and it never fails to… Read more ·  1

do a great job. I have the dust bin tower as well so it’s easy to charge and empty with no hassles. 100/10 would get time and time again.

Samsung, you've done it again! Love it! – This vacuum is one of the best in my opinion. It breezes across floor boards, tiles and, it sucks my rugs up off the floor on mode 2. The smaller head is perfect for beds, couches and ottomans. So worth every penny. Thanks Samsung for another quality product. Show details ·  1

After less than 2 years is pretty much falling apart – Have had this since march 2022 less than 2 years. Battery will work for about 15 minutes. Main handle is loose and this been this way for the last few months and today the main brush head attachment has fallen apart. I Have managed to re assemble it but it is stuck on a 70 degree angle to the main handle and will not rotate to the correct angle so going to look for a different manufacturer for the replacement Show details

Not great – Have had this unit for about 2 years mainly for a quick clean of pet hair on timber floors. Works ok but battery is 10 mins on max power and maybe 15 on medium but medium doesn’t have much use on rugs. Spare batteries are ridiculously overpriced at $200! Also it is useless for cleaning the car. It now has a fault where the connection from the… Read more

motor to the wand is sloppy and keeps cutting out. Has always been pretty flimsy plastic clips to hold it in place. I have a Dyson in my shop that is much better so going to buy one of these instead.

Does a fine enough job – EDIT: After 2 years of use, the vacuum floor tool (vac head) broke. It seems to be a common issue for this vacuum. PROS: - Battery run time is fine. It's enough charge to clean a 3 story townhouse with a full battery. - The suction is great on hardwood floor and carpet. It gets deep and gets a lot of dirt and hair/cat hair. - Easy to dispose of… Read more

when the container is full. - It's a pretty colour.

CONS: - Doesn't work as well with rugs. It picks up dirt but leaves hair everywhere, even on high suction. - If you have cats and use paper litter, the vacuum won't suck all of it up and it'll constantly keep spitting the litter back out at your feet and all over the floor. - Little bit annoying to clean. - If you have long hair, it'll get suck ALL THE TIME in the vacuum head. So much so that it's now getting stuck in the gears and it's very hard to get out.

Great handheld vacuum cleaner – We have a dog with short hair and they are everywhere… So last year we bought a specific pet handheld vacuum cleaner, it broke twice in less than a year, so we gave up on that brand and went with Samsung Slim Pet Jet and we are very happy about our purchase. It’s easy to use, very light but suction is way much better than our previous one. The… Read more ·  1

amount of dog hair I get every day in the vaccum cleaner container does not stop surprising me.

It’s easy to use also under the beds, clean the stairs, carpets, wood floors, tiles. Basically works perfect on any type of floor. I’m also cleaning the car with it, very handy.

The battery though could last bit longer, can’t clean the whole house in one attempt and doesn’t last to clean the whole car.

It comes with 4 different brushes, one can be kept on the stick, two can be added to the charging station, but there is nowhere to add the 4th one. So that one is always just hanging around somewhere.

Working wonderfully! – Samsung Jet 60 Pet can be purchased at a very reasonable price. I've been using it for a couple of years and it works wonderfully. First of all, it is much lighter than other brands' cordless vacuum cleaners. Even my mother who is almost 70 can hold it easily. Secondly, its suction power is more than enough on timber floors and carpet floors. It… Read more ·  1

works just perfect every day. There are + and - power control so I can manage the battery life. I strongly recommend Samsung Jet 60 Pet.

Great suction – Loving the sleek new Jet60 Pet vacuum from Samsung. It looks great, works a treat at dust and pet hair, on carpets and hard floor alike. The rollers are very good but do collect hair and need emptying every use. The vac has 3 suction settings - very handy! But the battery only lasts 5 mins on full strength which is a shame, as having pets it’s a… Read more ·  1

great function. It would be great if you could charge the battery away from the unit itself since it’s removable - it would just be easier with the setup of my home as I don’t have power where the unit lives (which you need). Really love it in terms of how well it works and the lightweight nature of it though!!

Broke in 4 months. Warranty support terrible – The main brush head broke after four months. I raised this with Samsung warranty support 8 weeks ago and still have not received a replacement. They keep telling me they are replacing it but I have to keep following them up. So far I've sent 15-20 emails and I'm no closer to getting the replacement part. Dyson support, by contrast, were exceptional when our battery stopped working in the warranty period. Show details

MOST SEXIEST VACCUUM IVE EVER OWNED – I use this vaccuum on heavily soiled carpet, a floor rug and tiles. It cleans up really well, has a super strong suction, is light and easy to clean. If you use it on high setting for a hard surface the battery drains faster, however it can clean my 6.4mx4.5m bedroom, kitchen, toilet and bathroom and living area before dying. Show details

A solid entry level stick vacuum – This is a light, easy to use stick vacuum. I have not had any issues with battery life - but I don't vacuum for 40 minutes. It's probably not likely to vacuum a 5 bedroom house on one charge but it manages our 3 bedrooms, lounge, etc easily. We only bump the power up when vacuuming carpets, otherwise 'standard power' is fine for boards and… Read more

tiles. We bought on special so good value when on sale (~$450 may be a bit pricey for an entry level stick perhaps).

I love this vacuum. Best stick vacuum I’ve tried – Ive had this for about 9 months. I use it on timber floors and carpets. It has excellent suction, the rollers are easy to clean and remove hair, the actual chamber is easy to clean and it’s super easy to use. I will never buy another type of vacuum now. It makes cleaning floors quick and easy. Show details

Extraordinary – This is the most extraordinary stick vacuum i have ever purchased. The suction from this is unbelievable, i struggled to pull it off the carpet. I have had many vacuums, but none compare to the beauty and power of this. The battery is better than $1000 vacuums, and the feel is premium, buy while you can. You can purchase a spare powerful 5000mah battery from Ali Express for $50.00 Show details ·  2

Leaves black rubber skid marks on the floor – Fairly noisy, works well on carpet - but don't use it on anything else. Small rubber roller wheels under the floor cleaning head appear to be plastic but are in fact rubber. They leave "skid marks" when changing direction. The vacuum can be adjusted to the point where it sticks to the lino or floor covering and that's great on carpet - but on… Read more

vinyl or linoleum it needs to be adjusted back to minimum. Have had one instance where the battery died after the third room. The filtering is good. I find it easy to empty dust container but partner is not so pleased. I expected better from Samsung.

YEARS LATER - got to like it. So handy. So Quick. Skid marks rare. Battery getting BETTER with age ??

Avoid at all costs – Not worth the price, Battery lasts 5 mins on max settings, and much less than advertised and not to mention that you can spend - like me- 2 and half hours on Samsung chat to try to get your money back with no luck as they keep disconnecting you or telling you that they will transfer you to the right department which basically another word for we will make you wait until you get bored. Show details
